Absolutely great food and service!
Oddly enough I never think of the Red Robin as a place that is on my radar to eat. We've been there now three times and the last 3 months and each time we were so happily and pleasantly surprised the food was so good. I'm usually one who's very disappointed when I go out to a restaurant to eat food and yet this commercial restaurant but you would think the food would be like a one on a scale of 10 turns out to be a good solid eight. Mind you I'm only talking about the hamburgers however they have just some way of getting that char on those burgers that makes those burgers really juicy. Now the rest of the food I don't know but those burgers are fantastic oddly enough. And for all those who might want a little salad and other things with their burger some of those items are bottomless so bring your appetite bring 20 bucks and you will walk away well-fed!!!
Our burgers weren't done, bacon not even close to being done but our waitress never checked on us to see how things were. When we finally got the manager to come over, he offered to fix us newnburgers but we'd been there so long already- he did comp our burgers. The waitress was not real friendly, never got refills on water, fries ....
We are used to the Red Robin in our town offering free fries with each meal. We only used the take-out as our hotel was nearby and it's not offered that way, but it could be on dining in. As someone with a gluten allergy, I am skeptical about new places but we ate here several times and I never got sick. The food was excellent. They know what they do well and stick to it, unlike other chain restaurants that seem to go downhill over time. We chose to keep coming back here instead of risking bad food and gluten exposure at other places during our travel.
Red Robin! Come for the bottomless fries & homemade Ranch. Stay for the big messy delicious burgers!Dined tonight 4/18/2022. Food was as expected. Service by Gavin was not. Gavin did a great job of taking care of us while tending to his other tables in the busy dining room.Will definitely return when the Red Robin mood strikes again.
Got the serious meat pizza, overall it was of average quality but the bacon was too fatty and detracted from the taste. The fries proved much better than the pizza however and brought back the meal. Pricing for all the items was solid and very affordable. 3 stars overall, might be four with slightly less fatty bacon and greasy food in general.
My family ate here tonight and it was truly terrible from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left (which was a very long time). We were told it would be a 20 minute wait and it ended up being a 40 minute wait until we were seated. We waited another 20 minutes to order. We had to ask several times for drink refills. After such a long wait to be seated and to order they didn’t have the menu items available that my kids ordered. We never received my daughter’s milkshake so we asked about it when a waitress finally came by at the end of our meal and she said she forgot to tell us they ran out of milk and were unable to make the milkshake. But don’t worry they still tried to charge us for the milkshake. Here’s a picture of the burger and few fries we finally got with the empty drink. Really horrible service. We won’t be back!
We ordered dinner for our oldest son and his wife after they brought our first grand baby into the world. All are doing well. My wife had to navigate the gluten free menu of the first time to accommodate their needs but the staff was helpful in making that happen for them. We'll be back, with our granddaughter when she can joy the fries too!
Wishing this location had better cooks. We ordered well done burgers and received raw burgers I payed 50$ and didn’t eat anything. Endless fries come 1/4 full basket. Negative review
