Turning away customers who walk in the door because your too busy and I "must order on line" is not a good business model.1 star because I can't give no stars!I've been a Chef for 18 years you do not turn away $$$ money no matter how busy you are, that's what a waiting list is for.You just lost my business today, and with all the competition out their, good luck getting it back!

I unfortunately watched this place fall apart. Used to be able to swing in and grab a healthy consistent meal but that is not possible anymore. I understand there is an issue nationwide with hiring, but as of recent, their policy is sometimes online orders only, sometimes not. They sometimes allow customers in, and then lock them in the store with a key deadbolt that only the manager has….!!? I hate to be a Karen but seriously… Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Time to close down and let a business come in that people want to work for.

They were short handed an had alot of take out orders. The place hadnt been cleaned for the day. I do not know why they let us n when they were only doing take out. It took about a half hour to get to place our order. They had not made the ice tea for the day. the food was not very good because there were too many empty containers to chose from. Very disappointed.

This rating would be 5 stars, but I do have to factor in service. Food tasted great. Service seemed like the manager was talking to 5 year Olds, when talking to employees. As a manager for over 25 years, I know that tactic doesn't work

Let me start by saying I am a long time Qdoba customer. I have eaten there hundreds of time. Over the last few year I have seen the corporate managment ruin a great place. The menu has been hurt and the employees have gone down hill. I used to go here years ago and the staff seemed to love working there regardless of location. At my local locations I would see the same staff and manager there for years. I always felt I got what I wanted and enjoyed my meals.Fast forward to now. I never see the same people working at the same location for more than a few months. Employees done seem to enjoy there work. Managers are not noticeably present. Menu has been changed and not clear. You can't add items like some jolepeano to you protien chicken bowl without a upcharge for making it a custom bowl. Restaurants are gutted to adhere to social distancing. Not to mention locations that used to be bustling are now dead. I am here eating now and this place is empty.Wake up corporate and bring back what used to be a great chain. I am not planing on being back for a while.

The food was fresh and well prepared. Tasty enough for a fast food. Yes, I did go back the next day.The interior is spartan. Not fancy but utilitarian and clean. One would expect the audio quality to be harsh and loud in light of the many surfaces that deflect sound. However, it was very quite so that conversations over a meal were comfortable and nobody had to yell over the noise of the place.

We loved the veggie burrito bowl. One bowl was good for for one person. Staff was also good.

I have eaten here two times. Once a couple months ago and once yesterday. Every time I have eaten from here I have gotten food poisoning. I have never had a. Meal from here I have not spent two days throwing back up. Its disgusting and honestly should be shut down. I have met a lot of other people who have said the same thing about how sick it has made them. Either they dont know how to cook or they dont know how to wash there hands.

Let me just start by saying this was my first time ever ordering from Qdoba. We ordered delivery (via doordash). Upon opening our order, it was noticed that my fajita steak quesadilla was not in the bag. I called Qdoba and they apologized and said I could come in and pick up one. They told me to wait a little bit to go in because they were very busy and waiting a little bit would allow the line to die down. I reluctantly drove to the store to pick up my new quesadilla when I found out they could not make the fajita quesadilla due to not having the vegetables. They asked if I would like to have just a plain steak quesadilla, which I said yes. I did mention that I would be getting charged (via doordash) the greater amount though and I would like this to be taken care of. I was then told that a manager was not on shift and that I would be getting contacted the next day. This was 4 or 5 days ago and I have yet to receive a phone call. The staff handled it the best they could without having a manager on shift - which is odd to me in a fast food environment. I was offered 2 free entree cards for future visits, but it's pretty unlikely I'll visit there again. In addition to this, whatever they may put into the quesadilla causes it to become soggy, which was kind of gross and I didn't eat some of the quesadilla due to it.

I was just there today and I must say Bailey at the cashier was completely Courteous And kind it's very much appreciated! especially when relocating from another state not knowing what to expect, food was great as we'll thank you.
