Restaraunt challenges include consistently (as in 4 out of last 5 visits) being out of 1 or more of the limited number of entrees offered which is very disappointing. I dont know why they are so consistently unable to maintain or cook enough food to serve customers when other restaraunts don't have the same challenge. Food is overpriced for what it is and not as good as other chinese food restaraunts in the area but it is a fast food chain so what can you expect.
Ordered a plate with orange chicken and Beijing beef. Didnt get the orange chicken. Chow mein was undercooked and cold. I got the honey walnut shrimp and only got 3 shrimp.
Veggies were not cooked. I returned my receipt and got a 100% replacement of another bowl (different choice but equal in value)
This panda is the best! Food is always fresh, hot and delicious! Emily has the best customer service ever with a smile! She is fast and efficient and serves great portions even remembering repeat customers favorite dishes. Great job, I highly reccomend!
I left without Ordering again....Personally disappointed in available choices! They alrdy DISCONTINUED ALMOND CHICKEN, which was only recently Added to MENU! and......NO ORANGE CHICKEN to prepare, til possibly TMRW if they receive the Order...simply Ran Out!Plenty of Beef dishes several floating in Mushrooms & Zucchini, or covered in undercooked Broccoli & onions !Sign of the times I guess!
Very unsatisfied. Ordered uber eats. Took 15 minutes so I know it didnt sit. Food very old. Noodles burnt, no straw or utensils. Wasted my $$ because it literally looks like it was scooped out of the trash. So that is where it is going.

I don't like this location. They just don't care about the customer. Food's okay, never that great at Panda anyway, but this one had black all over the eggs in the fried rice. Gross! And, this is the second time I've gone to this location and the second time I was told, "we don't have change today". Um, what? They just don't have change? Right.
Want to give them a 4 star rating but had to ask for soy and chop sticks and the portion was very small compared to usual..however food was very fresh and delicious
Ordered for pick up, showed up on time and food wasn't ready. There were no customers in the line and we could see they had most of our order put together sitting on the line. They finished putting our order together and just left it sit there for 10 minutes and during that 10 minutes 2 employees both came and opened them and looked at what was inside 8 times! For no reason, they never added anything else or anything. Finally I had to walk up and ask for it instead of them putting it on the order pick up cart. He apologized becuase he knew we were watching them do that the whole time. Then I asked to buy an appetizer and paid for it and they never put it in the bag, I had to drive back and get it, it was just sitting on the counter getting cold.
