Stopped by this location at around 6 pm. They were out of white rice and chow mein. There was an hour wait for white rice. The manager doesn't seem to have his store in order. The restroom was out of paper towels to dry hands on ... had to go into the restaurant for napkins.The owner of this franchise might want to be a little more hands on.
No attention to details. Fried rice missing ingredients, tasted so bland. Ordered Teriyaki chicken and for the second time no teriyaki on the chicken or in the bag. Hello panda, Teriyaki chicken but no sauce? Need to add some better tasting entrees, Shanghai spicy chicken was good but no longer on the menu. Sweet fire chicken gone too. Who's running Panda?
Horrible... No service to speak of... We had a truck with a trailer and could drive it through the drive through so they refused to serve us... Went to the website and only soft drinks were offered there. I showed the teller and he sent us around the building so some one could talk to us but then they just left us standing there. I think large corporate businesses are so it of touch and dehumanizing. Sad and terrible but par for the course.
Three out of four experience has gone bad! And we keep trying to get some panda Express because we know it can be good sometimes. But not this location! Worst management of a restaurant, rude employees, they do not know the menu or the procedures, they cook the food wrong, can't get it right! This is a 3 year trial. They blame it on covid-19 but at 4 in the afternoon sometimes you can't get half the menu! They need a new owner or management. Jack in the Box does a better job than Panda does!
Quality of food really appears to be dropping. Had numerous occasions where I would order the grilled teriyaki chicken and ask for sauce on it but I wouldn't receive any sauce at all. And I've noticed the lack in portion size from where they normally are.
Pandas panda, like the McDonalds of American Chinese food. Always the same, always good. I feel like this location has an edge over the 4th and Best location. Just on point.
Drive through was surprisingly quick. There were six cars in line ahead of us and we were through in less than 15 minutes. The new greens are wonderful.
Worst experience ever at a panda experience. First got drink wrong 2nd wrong entree was put 8n my box. Lastly looked dehydrated yet cold. 5his was at 11:16 should have been fresh. Never again!
Had a long line which was expected. I asked them to round up the total to support a non profit and they did not. We ordered for 2 people and received one fork and one fortune cookie. No one answered the phone in 2 attempts.
