I called at 1255 am asked what time they closed I was told 2 am so I drove the 45 min drive into town to get some food just now when I got there there was a white truck in front of me I tried to order and was told there closed an hour before they told me on the phone I will never go here again after wasting my time and gas because the emplo6told me they closed at 2am not 1 am
I found a hair in my chicken nuggies and my pie was burnt to a crisp. Actually so sad bc I was looking forward to a scrumptious meal and it turned out to be very not scrumptious. Feelings are hurt and very uncomfy. WHOS HAIR WAS THAT?!?!!! Ba da ba ba ba I’m hating’ it ? insert frowny face*
Not happy with the food. Horribly put together. They forgot to add straws and napkins.
Drive through we a nightmare. Took two cars out of turn, while I was on hold at the speaker, before me. After I waited in line for 10 minutes just to get to the order speaker. Just wanted a quick ice-cream. Never doing that again.
Had a excellent service and they went of there way may my experience amazing,with courtesy,help and fresh food ,definitely must go ???
This was one of the most pleasant interactions yet. I needed something quick and this worked. Great service, lobby is open and they are busy cleaning. A+++++
I went to McDonald’s on Apple Way for a big Mac and fries and also a milkshake. I brought the whole food back to my house after they also told me that the shake machine was not working. I went there because I was trying to gain weight because I was not feeling well but I was in a mood to have a big Mac and a order of fries. When I got home after not getting the shake because it was down and not working. The big Macs as well as the fries were absolutely cold I tried to put them in my toaster oven the fries at least and they after I get them out they were burnt so I ended up losing not only the fries but also the big Mac because it was ice cold so I refuse to go there anymore. As well as I went to the Henley and I95 McDonald’s and the people were rude and I don’t appreciate McDonald’s especially during our situation to be so rude and not do their job. also they have their card machines so far next to the pay window that you can’t even reach them and that is so unacceptable and the fact that I was sick at least an the employee in the payment window was nice and that was the only positive experience while I was there! I also know that the prices have gone way up and so nobody wants to work in the fast food industry especially if they’re going to make cold food and give it to customers and they have been open for most of the Covid pandemic so that’s even more sad!
Relatively fast most times I pickup for my deliveries here could use slightly more work late night but pretty good most of the time!
McDonald's food has gone downhill a lot and their prices have gone up astronomically! I got my kids and husband each a meal and it was almost $40.00! The cheese was cold and the fries tasted like horrible grease, I would not recommend McDonald's when you can get Zip's for much cheaper or Arby's for the same price and much better food.
Has been my go to fast food place all 20 years I've lived in cda. Not good for you and you don't feel good about it afterwords but it puts food in your stomach and they're quick about it.
