Overall never had any bad experiences here. Today I came in to use a free coupon for a sandwich. (Picture provided) . The lady there, named Alexis, walked over and with attitude told me i could not use it. When i asked why she said her store doesn’t take it. The mcdonald’s is located on hanley which is in CDA which is a location listed. She continued to humiliate and snap at me and then threw her hands up saying whag we just take the sand which. When we called to get her name she replied “I don’t give a shit” and hung up the phone. I hope this problem is resolved as it it very embarrassing and you poorly reflects on the store and the employees there.
I stopped here last Sunday on my way home from Silverwood. It was the best experience iv had at a McDonald's. The staff was so friendly. One gentleman went out of his way to please my grandson with the toy of his choice and another came to our table asked was everything ok and gave us a apple pie. The woman behind the counter was full of smiles and everyone was enjoying there work. I have to say I was impressed. I will make that a stop on my way every time I go to Silverwood and as a gold pass member that's a lot. Thanks for having a great team.
I am very pleased with the workers at this fast food restaurant! They are super enthusiastic and polite. They are fast workers and I am very pleased with the food! I ordered a cinnamon roll, some fries, and a McChicken. The cinnamon roll was warm and gooey and very yummy :) The fries were warm and crispy and salty and the McChicken was well put together and tasted delicious! They are professionally dressed and every time I go there they always have smiles on their faces. The energy I get from this restaurant is immaculate! Five stars! Ten out of Ten would recommend!!! Thank you! I will definitely be coming back to this McDonalds.
I went to McDonald's on way home to Lewiston on 4-18-2022 the employee was not dressed in work clothes or professional in any way.he messed my up completely didn't read it back to me and to make things even worse is how sloppy they prepare customers orders. he handed my child his happy meal and then handed me my bag of food for my parents and myself. I opened my bag and it was so sloppy inside. He put my unsalted fries in the bag with my salted fries the 3 fries were spilted inside my bag they put my napkins in the bottom of the bag and they soaked in grease the cheeseburgers were not wrapped all the way. I told the employee this the sloppiest meal I've ever seen and you get paid $16 a hour so he offered to rebag my food and I said no I don't have time to teach you how to do your job. Then my son's happy meal was made into a sloppy job as well.Then 2 employees got into a fight behind the counter because the other employee didn't call him by his name so that employee whose name is chase got mad about it. This McDonald's is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend going to them at all. The employees need to wear uniforms to work not blue jeans and t-shirts.
Ordered a fish regular price and one for a buck, they said we don't do this with fish. I said wife wants fish five mea fish and mc double frys and coke.What I got was two mc doubles ,no fish no frys and had to ask for cup.I will never go to this place again. Service sucks.
Its McDonalds so why would this food evervrste higher than 2 stars. Its quick and easy buy if it weren't for their app you get price breaks through I would never buy anything here for their current prices. The food is garbage and not worth the calories. The only thing I ever order here is the sausage egg NO fake cheese morning sandwich . Most of the times they get it right, sometimes despite ordering it online so I know they have the instructions right they still put cheese on it. I have been told several times they dont get the online order as I sit in the bay waiting for curbside food that isnt coming. Then when I call they say they can take my order but can't provide the discounts offered in the app so I leave frustrated and with time wasted no food. I don't know why they have a system they cant discount by hand, it's just a multi billion dollar a year organization.
Drive thru employee not very good at her job. Missed my large fry.Fries were not even warm. Same with the Mc double burgers. Blueberry cream pie was not worth $1.59/ dry. This McDonald's on Hwy 95 in Course D'Lane, Idaho was a very disappointing experience for me.
Every single sausage egg McMuffin I’ve had in the last few months has had egg shells in it. I’m not talking about a tiny shell piece that I can pick out then continue to eat the rest… there are shells throughout the entire egg. Never experienced once until a few months ago and now you can’t get one without a ton of shells in it. They must have changed their production process or they just have lazy new staff that just don’t care to learn how to properly crack an egg. Ridiculous.
Ordered a McFlurry with extra Oreo. They didn’t even fill it up and no extra Oreos. Boo. Not worth $5….
My fiance works here and I've been told that the managers are severely toxic and power hungry.. one manager named Jim insulted a pregnant employee and most people who heard that were gonna quit. Now one got fired because the toxic manager didn't want him saying the truth and now since my fiance is quitting they stuck her in the back for her last week and mistreated her. If you're ever wanting to work here then dont the manager Jim is extremely toxic and disrespectful and I'm surprised he isnt fired yet and thats why I'm doing the exposé
