I ordered a cheese and suasage Detroit pizza it came with raw dough. I also had a door dash delivery issue. The overall experience was negative. It will be a long time before I order pizza from them.
teenage workers looked intoxicated, and refused to make food even though they were open another 15 mins. idk who owns this little Caesars but your staff are ruining your business.
Waited 5 minutes to be helped. Place was packed with people waiting for crazy bread and hot n readys. They had no crazy bread said it was a 15 minute wait only had thin, crusty old disgusting pepperoni pizza. Worst little Caesar’s pizza I have ever had. We drove to the Hayden little Caesar’s and got crazy bread that was wonderful and ready to go. Avoid the CDA little Caesar’s!
You must order fresh or the pizza is just terrible. The pepperoni is disgusting no-matter what, so skip that and order something else instead. I order ham so it’s cooked to order and it’s good and the breadsticks are great.
Nothing was hot and ready. The rack where they put pre made food items is always empty. They make your order after you purchase it. All pizzas start at $8.45 after tax. Everything I liked about Little Caesars no longer exists:( unhappy no smile employee blond bun girl fake eye lash , food not ready, $16 for 2 pizzas, used to be $10.I guess this is the world we live in now..I don't know. Honestly it's just kinda sad. ?
Used to love little Caesars pizza but the wait times are getting rediculious..and the topping are VERY very little and their pizza sauce is way to salty..a couple of their employees are EXTREMELY RUDE!!!
It was for Door Dash I'm a driver and it took forever to get order then had to go back for another dash and they said it would be done yet it wasn't and had to wait a long time again. This isn't good for my business at all.
Was in here this morning. The gentleman helping customers was very customer service friendly. Pizza was fresh and hot when I got home!TY for the great service.
Now overpriced and NOT good quality anymore at all. A deep dish use to be $5 now it’s $10! All other pizza chains are cheaper. My pizza was lukewarm and not even cooked all the way through (see photo). Will not be returning.
I would love to give zero stars,, but unfortunately am unable to.. I went two days in a row to grab a lunch special, the first day, there wasn't any and no worker was in the lobby area, or ever came to check for customers, this was around 12:30 so a time when employees should be checking for customer, after 5 minutes of waiting I left. I went back the next day,(today) 2 employees were in the back. One was working making the pizzas and the other standing there talking, I waited for four minutes in view of them, before the one not doing anything said you have someone up front. The guy who was making the pizzas without gloves, wipes his hands on the front of his pants, comes up asks what I want,I ask for a lunch special. They don't have any lunch specials ready and it was going to be at least 10 mins according to him. So I left, without purchasing anything. He went back to making the pizzas, I'm not sure he washed his hands. Will not go back there ever again. They are supposed to have some things ready to go and they almost never do, and they apparently don't always wash before making the food.
