I ordered a sandwich for my husband before his lunch break, it took over 45 minutes to deliver his food to him. Needless to say his lunch was over and his sandwich had to sit. I guess Freaky Fast isn't their slogan anymore? Disappointed!!

2 1/2 hours for 2 sandwiches?!Ordered delivery, had a few this going on so didn't want to have to leave to get them figure this would be a easier option, HAHA WORST IDEA EVER! I called the store after 30 mins when I was notified that the order was delivered but yet I has nothing at my door. I called guy says I'm sorry it's on it way now. OK no problem, a hour and 30 mins later! Still no oder, called again talked to Emanuel (supposed store manager) who says we'll we only have one driver, ok understandable but if I was told that when I first called I would have just said ok I will pick them up. Instead I get ugh well idk what u want me to do my driver had a deliver over a hour away! Ummm, if that's the case then you shouldn't have taken that order. But I want to talk to your Manger I get told to call corporate idk the number look it up yourself. *hangs up on me*I will never order from them again.

I ordered my sandwich at 5:25 pm,They delivered to me 1 hour later. "I live 5 blocks away from the store."Once they actually get here I still tip over 5$And take my bag and drink.I then sit down and open the bag where the sandwich is. Not only did they take an hour to deliver 5 blocks away but they delivered me someone else's sandwich. I call back they said it will be ready in two minutes. It's now past 7pm still no sandwich.Update 735pm still no sandwichSecond update after 12 min on hold the manager finally came to the phone. And she informs me my order has been sitting there since 6pm and has not been delivered. I am asking for my money back.Third update, I asked for my money back, the manager only gave me 10$ back out of the 20 that I paid, and and still did not give me my sandwich. I will never again waist my money on this franchise ever again.

I'm writing this as Jeanne hill,I was rehabbing at a lovely rehab center,when the dry stale bread of a sandwich struck ruining a good dinner,the meat ,chesse and lettuce and everything else perfect called to complain and was told to call back in a day or two and get a new sandwich gratis,well did so and rude assistant manager again struck,it si sad when. A bussiness doesn't live up the the guarantee of a good sandwich after another manage said it would be replaced. Totally unreasonable, I guess we have to wait till next Friday to be told no again guess in Boise there is much more customer service than here,it just so awesome when anyone won't listin to what you say I gave more customer service in the 1990s,Wow

Love the sandwiches but the delivery time is terrible. I gave it 3 different orders spaced out over a month or so. The wait for delivery is consistently bad. Won’t be ordering again for a while.

This place is a joke. My pregnant wife ordered a sandwich the other day and it took the driver over an hour to find where to deliver… When the delivery was literally across the street to another business. On top of that the delivery driver basically threw the sandwich and made a scene at my wife’s place of work because he was so angry that he couldn’t use Google maps correctly to find the location. Then my wife contacted the owner about the situation and the owner basically tells her maybe you should do a pick up the order to get your order faster and didn’t even acknowledge the fact that her employee was extremely rude. The funny thing is my wife wasn’t even upset about the late order but more upset that the delivery driver made a scene at her place of work because of his own issue. It’s not hard to put an address in Google… It’s not like it was a new business it’s been there for years. You can literally see the sign from the Jimmy John’s parking lot… If your owning a business you should probably handle issues like this in a better fashion. Thanks for nothing Arielle.

We ordered an online order of a Sub and Cookie. They only had a single driver and never gave any forewarnings about delay of Delivery. We get our delivery 1 hour and 20 minutes later after the order was placed only to get the sub with no condiments nor the cookie and get made to sound like we're the ones at fault.

So long story.My coworker ordered food from them an hour before her lunch and they still didnt drop it off. When she called the driver was extremely rude to her and was not professional at all. After her food was dropped off the driver said in a very snippy rude voice, " next time leave a note about what business it is" mind you the business is its own building not inside a strip mall. Then she submitted an email saying how rude they were to her and all the manager at this location had to say was "next time place a pick up and come get it yourself" long story short this is a horrible location and dont order from here.

Very rude employees . The young lady who acted like the manager , maybe she is the manager of this Jimmy John's. But should not be working with people. The restaurant was not busy at all. We had never been to a Jimmy John's so we thought we would try it out.. She was so rude we will not be going to Jimmy John's again. Stay away from the Coeurdalene Jimmy John's

The sandwich taste amazing. That being said, I put a 4 star rating because you forgot the cheese and gavee plain chips when I ordered BBQ.
