Always delicious. The staff were nice and able to make old drinks that are no longer on the menu!The seasonal pumpkin smoothie was absolutely delicious and I'd recommend anyone try it if you like pumpkin stuff!
So I used Grub Hub to place my order. On Grubhub, you can order a smoothie and a pretzel together. I did this and ordered an extra pretzel for my coworker. So I should have received 2 pretzels and a smoothie. When it was delivered I got 1 pretzel and 1 smoothie. I called them and the gentleman gave me a refund. He was awesome.So then today..... I ordered again and to be helpful I called them right after I ordered to make sure they knew I had ordered a Smoothie with a pretzel and I had also ordered 2 more pretzels for my coworkers because they are awesome..... the girl I was transferred to said absolutely no problem, you ordered 3 pretzels. So you can imagine my shock when Grubhub came with only 2 pretzels and a smoothie. I mean COME ON!!!!! I get things like this happening from time to time, but I gave you a heads up by calling right before you filled my order and you said no problem. So when I called to speak with them I got the "'I'm sorry, we were really busy" line. It's not hard to check an order before it goes out, especially if they call you ahead of time and request that you get it correct. It's unfortunate because the pretzels are really good but highly unlikely that I will order again as they don't seem to care about getting orders correct or showing good customer service skills when they get an order incorrect.....and I don't want to have to keep getting refunds for a missing pretzel since they cannot double or triple check an order before it goes out. At this point, it's been an hour and I still have not heard from their "Manager". Great customer service guys (and yes, that is totally sarcastic) ?
I have drank the apple and greens here for the last 4 years. It is always awesome and the people are always friendly and nice. No matter who is working there.
The pumpkin smash is back. I love love love it. That's enough reason for 5 stars. But the staffing has improved lately so that is also a bonus
Terrible customer service. The customer in front of us name was called and the worker pronounced her name completely wrong. Once she was corrected the worker said “whatever!” Once we order the man that took our order was rude, no personality at all. Not even a smile and thank you. Everyone working their looked completely unhappy and rude. Not coming back! If you’re that unhappy with your job than don’t work here!
One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. All the Molloy Wes that work there has horrible attitudes and treated the customers horribly! I would never come back here!
Great Smoothies and delectible food. The apple cinnamon pretzel was amazing. The customer service has been awesome each time we went. Didn't have to wait very long to get our order. Didn'tt spend over $20 each visit.
