Here’s why I love Jack. They cook it when you order it (I hope this is still the case) and I love my food tasty and hot. I love their Chinese rolls with sweet sour sauce. I’ve tried many things on the menu and typically visit at least once when traveling. They have these new little tacos that are quite good. Love the variety. I really wish they would come to Canada.
Man, so many bad reviews. I feel sorry for them. We know there is a small pool to hire from. The workers are not as good now. They have to hire dim bulbs. Give them a break. They were nice.They need to half that menu. Too hard to fill orders fast.All the fast fd.is lower quality now. It's lack of help.MdD's in Kellogg is terrible.Arbys is replacing the cod w trash fish but the brisket is still divine. Grumpy staff.Wendy's is always so polite and nice.Carl's is always cold and the drive thru box doesn't work well. Their menu is too long too. (None hv a turkey burger for me). The biskets n gravy are still grerate! At Carl Jr.s.All need to lose the Styrofoam.
The drive thru person was completely rude to us. We asked if he could park the person in front of us so we could leave because we were waiting for like ten minutes and needed to get places, they wouldn’t even let us leave NEVER experienced this till now.
Any time me and my family go, the orders are messed up when you ask for unsweet tea you get mystery tea and when I ask for a milkshake the machine is always broken. No dr pepper, no Sprite.
Just went through the drive thru and have never had had this happen. Our fries were hot but or Burgers were stone cold like they just came out of the refrigerator cold. Is that even Legal to serve? And it wasn't one burger it was 3 total waste of money I don't feel safe eating it.
I don't like to show up to places right before they close, but there was still 30 minute's until the drive through was closing and the guy walking around inside wasn't even bothering to let us know if they closed early or something. Just straight up ignored us. Nice.
Make sure they get your order right. Make sure your food is hot.
Lobby is closed due to Covid. Makes sense. I understand.But you go through the drive-through, you can’t hear anything they are saying. The employees cut you off cause they can’t hear anything you are saying. I bring it up to employee at window and he says “owner doesn’t wanna pay 8-10k for new setup.Doesn’t open lobby, loses money.Horrible drive thru system, loses more money.Won’t fix anything cause “it costs too much”Makes sense. Loses 10+ grand a year from these problems but thinks it cost to much to fix them. Makes sense.
Actually open long hours!!! One of the very few fast foods (or any) open late in the night now plus early morning. Friendly staffer and hey, you cant beat those $1.49 2pk tacos even if it's soy protein, love them! Lol.
This is the worst of all Jack stores! We are neighbors and we have tried like crazy to keep from sharing this review. Every order we place has been wrong...literally. We have been disappointed ending up at home with a partial or incorrect order. The crazy thing is that most our orders are mobile with a list of what we ordered. This is the last straw, I'm speaking out. Find somewhere else to go. Tonight my wife was checking the order due to past failures and she was treated horribly and told to enter the drive thru line again. Not only that, when we called to ask why they gave us spicy mini tacos, the guy in charge (Zach) told us they were doing that because they were out of regular mini tacos. What? Why would you do that and not inform? So now our only recourse is to call the store tomorrow morning! Sorry, ridiculous! And very rude about the entire experience!
