Employees are rude bathroom has standing water on the floor. They only had 5 customers in the restaurant at the time, it took two people to put the wet floor sign in the bathroom and they started making food right after and didn't wash there hands first as we were leaving at 630 pm they told two other people that they had to use the drive through because they are short staffed and the dinning room is now closed the food was also cold and dry.this is the second time I have ben there and is my last time
I ordered the food online for pickup and drove the 10 minutes to get there and they were a little behind the power curve getting me the food; they were however, very pleasant and attentive. The online app didn't give any options, at least none I saw, for ordering sauces and I ordered 4 total combo meals with chicken strips or nuggets. The employee was like hey, just give him as many sauces as he wants, he's ordered a lot of food and has been waiting for a little bit. The food, great!!!
I usually go to the Jack-in-the-Box on Ironwood because it's closer. I went to this Jack a while back because Ironwood was closed. I was served by Aliaes, a young man who has the best customer service in town. He greeted me with excitement, like I was an old friend. He is attentive, knowledgeable about the products and has a great attitude. My food was fresh, accurate and delivered with a smile. Ramsay Jack is now my go to because of his exceptional service and friendly attitude. Corporate...Employees like Aliaes are rare, take good care of him or another employer will! Thank you Aliaes, for always giving 100%, even on the tough days!
Went through drive-thru super rude employee annoyingly reading back my order which she got wrong btw. Got to the window and she rudely said my total again and snatched my card then shut the window aggressively. Fries we old cold and hard, completely inedible. The sandwich was constructed with the grace of a toddler and the tacos were also cold which is confusing cuz I thought those were deep fried to order, I guess not. Won’t be going back to this location
Probably the best customer service I've ever had at a fast food place. Clean and super friendly. Good burgers and fries.
We ate there yesterday and was not impressed. They gave me curly fries when I ordered regular. Bun on my burger was flat and smashed. My wife's chicken burger had no flavor and the ranch dipping sauce is bad tasting.This food was not worth paying over 20 dollars for.I see a lot complaints here, maybe it's time for a new manager.Not the "Jack in the Box" I remember.
my food was mostly passable, as was the attempt at customer service i received. much better on both counts than my last couple experiences at this location.
I cane in this weekend and got the most exceptional service. My greatest thanks to the employee referred to as trey.
Always seem to give me wrong order or forget an item been there many times
First they got my order wrong told me what I wanted to order and gave me an ultimate meal which I wanted the double jack exactly the way I wanted it made mustard,Mayo, and ketchup only. The manager yelled that we had it wrong and needed to remember which burger it was. I get the items and it’s Swiss cheese and cheddar I’m guessing not sure but it was wrong. And with a special Christmas treat of someone’s hair.
