I generally don't comment even on bad experiences but I felt something needed to be said. My husband and I came in to get dinner. He order the Turkey Bacon Ranch which is his usual order, when he got it it didn't look appealing. I ordered the Virginia Honey ham without mayo, when I went to eat it there was mayo on top of the bread and on the cheese. Kyle took it from my hand, yelled at the employees "how many times do I have to tell you to look at the ticket " he then used his hands without gloves and looked at my sandwich and kept telling me it was moisture from the cheese. It wasn't they were two completely different colors. I asked for a refund since neither of our sandwiches we were able to eat. He acted like it was an inconvenience for him to do anything. On top of that, I felt sorry for the employees. Kyle kept yelling and barking orders at them that the atmosphere made me uncomfortable. My husband and I will not be coming back after this experience. We would rather go to Subway where they treat their customers and staff with respect.
Top rated tastes found here! Located close to many big things on reserve street, but (it's a big butttt) the actual location is annoying to drive into. And the entrance is actually even more horrible; facing busy reserve street, as if patrons have to walk through a gauntlet to acquire the great food they seek! The door that should be the entrance, facing the parking lot, is locked! Awful! Then patrons have to walk literally through people who have already ordered, to place our order...ugh! Omg! Lame! I bet if it was simpler to get to the place where we order food, Firehouse subs would be wayyyyyyy busier (it's been empty the five times I've visited in the past two months). Take a not from Jimmy John's. Their subs are more basic, but the ordering experience makes up for it. In conclusion, five star tastes at firehouse subs! PERHAPS, best experienced via Uber eats. I do like this place a lot and will be back. So I want them to stay in business.........
Good subs, meatball is our favorite. Just make sure they have your order correct before you leave.
Online order for carry out and when I was given my sandwich I was told some of the ingredients were not available and that "we just added some extra ham, I hope that's ok". I'm confused why the sandwich was made at all if they didn't have what I ordered they could have told me when I arrived to pick it up. It wasn't made when I got there so I used the lavatory and came back to the counter to wait for it. Anyway I really had no idea what was in the bag and wasn't willing to wait another 15min to get some other who knows what sandwich. I just don't know why they knowingly made something I didn't order and presented it to me. Anyway the sandwich was edible. Just wasn't what I wanted.

Firehouse subs is a phenomenal place to have a good and filling lunch. The ingredients combined in the subs are unremarkable which have left me speechless between each bite. Thank you for your excellent customer service ?
Way better than Subway and they support a good cause! Firemen and first line responders. Can't get much better than good food supporting good people.
Moldy bread, terrible manager's, extremely long wait times (30 to 40 mins) Avoid this restaurant you will save yourself the time and Hassel. Plus they just raised their prices. 15$ for one sandwich!!!

We arxered out lunch at 12:21 pm. At 12:43 our order was done. My sandwich was cold and not even steamed. We asked for it to be fixed and made how we ordered it. At 1:26 still not done. They gave us a refund and told it would be right out. Nope... Wrong sandwich it was for another customer. Now at 1:35 we walked out still NO sandwich and went to Subway.
