Good customer service, great food!!
We went to crickets for lunch on a Saturday at 1 pm in the afternoon. It took 25 minutes to get our sodas. Then for our meals it took an hour and a half, and we ordered burgers, and they were all over cooked, and the buns were burnt. Didn’t give me anything on the burger. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. Unbelievably horrible service.
Great staff and awesome building! Bathrooms are broken down bad and didn't have soap.Food was good. We always come here when we are in town.
Soooo this is based on MY personal experience.I LOVE the pizza. Love the vibe. The servers have always been so so great and friendly.Recently ordered the fish and chips and I think I literally DIED over the sweet potato fries. Like… maybe there’s crack in there who knows and really who cares.I will say I have family that have had a HORRIBLE experience. She found a LIVE. Like.. not dead. LIVE maggot in her food.The server brushed it off like it was nothing.Needless to say. I still just order the pizza and I’ve continued to come back and I’m leaving this review positive.
One of the best we have been to in a long time. Chowder and oysters were fresh and tasty. The pasta, Alfredo, was one that I would eat with a smile. Usually I don't care for that dish but the sauce was the best I I tried. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating!
Nostalgic ambiance. Biggest oysters I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Decent old fashions.

Got the Philly cheese steak sandwich and fries. While the flavor was great, the sandwich was extremely small for the price. I can go to Rustic down the street and get an amazing Philly cheese steak that is huge and costs less. And the fries were basic. They were good. The place is clean and well themed, but I left feeling a little hungry for what I spent. I would not revisit this place as the food is just small and average.
Atmosphere is perfect for a lunch meeting, a date, or catching up with old friends over drinks.
Best grub in town. This place feels like home. The atmosphere is great. I love all the things crickets does for the community. This restaurant is perfectly placed for a fun day on the town, or a quick stop on your Friday night bar crawl.
