TERRIBLE SERVICE. From the time we tried to call to make a reservation due to the website not working and us being told it was our phones not their website at all. We came in and we’re told 20 minutes for a party of 2 then waited 30 then we’re told another 10. Walked in and there was 20 open tables with no one sitting at them. The manager was rude and inconsiderate. This is not the first time it has happened either.
Slice of home. We are from Tennessee and tried the cracker barrel here as our anniversary. My husband and Is first date was at a cracker barrel in tennessee and our wedding party dinner was there too as nostalgia. I came one last month and decided to spend the night in couer d alene just to relive this memory. Our food was good the first time, this time the chicken tenders weren't fresh but I let the server know, cooks tried it and agreed it was chewy. They fixed it right away and it was so yummy. Thank you for your amazing service and country cooking. This southerner is a happy girl. Portland beaverton cracker barrel is awful.
Very poor service. We had to request silverware after our dinner was served. Ordered salads which were also not served until we asked for them after our meals were served. Never did see our waitress after we ordered until she brought our check. Food was not even warm. Never again
It's Cracker Barrel so you pretty much know what you're getting into here. With that said the CDA location is clean and the staff are polite.Today's dinner experience started off great. The server repeated the order back perfectly. Being Easter the dining room was a bit busy so a wait for our meal was expected. Unfortunately during the 50 minute wait for our order we were never brought biscuits nor were refills available as the server was not around. Presumably she went on break. At about 40 minutes the server finally appeared stating "they didn't bring your food yet? I'll go check on it". 10 minutes later a couple of other staff brought the meal and hurried away. No server appeared for 25 minutes at which point we had finished our meal and requested a to-go container and the check.The check arrived and it was wrong. Waited 10 minutes and the server once again was MIA so went to the register asking to have the discrepancy resolved. The two cashiers we're clueless as to the issue even after explaining the problem 3 times. Finally decided to take the amount away from the tip as too much of my time had been spent on their mishap. The manager appeared as I completing my credit card transaction. He did apologize but it took too long to engage something so easily resolved. Everyone lost out tonight.I will probably not return to this location.
Very nice country atmosphere. Really good home cooked meal feel. They have food everybody likes.

Great portions for your money. Chicken fried chicken so so good. Everything we had was great Staff really friendly. Plus there is a store connected to it . Loved it loved all of it. Plus buttermilk custard but I forgot to take picture before I ate it but super good.
