My wife and I have gone to the store twice ten minutes before closing time and arrived to a locked front door and people still inside. The open sign was on and the exit door was unlocked. Since it was within business hours we entered through the exit to three young people in their teens working who said they are closed. We asked if they close at nine and the response was that they “will be open after nine” with the line they have, which was four people. It’s my understanding if you close at nine you allow business until 9.
They do not take call in orders for big orders. Doordash doesn't provide all the options they offer in store and you can't add customizations. Line wrapped around the store at 8:30 and they close at 9 on a Saturday.

It’s good ice cream but I found a hair in my cup. I found it only after I finished eating it ?Not even close to my hair size and color, it’s some artificial color like red or purple. Ordered at ~12pm 12/8/2021
Coldstone has the most amazing ice cream EVER. The staff are very polite and the location is BEAUTIFUL.
I was in two nights ago and bought two containers of my favorite flavors with toppings. The next day when we dished it up I noticed they left out half the toppings I asked for. Can't even get through on the phone to remedy situation. 25 bucks for ice cream, 5 dollar tip, and got half of what I ordered. Save money, GO TO BASKIN ROBINS
