Customer service is good, and the cleanliness of this place is spectacular! I would definitely go back. I just rated them average because I didn't think the sesame chicken was very good because of the sauce they put over it. It tasted more like orange chicken. The rice was good, and the lunch portion size was very big with reasonable prices. We will go back but just try something different next time.

I have been coming to this restaurant for over 20 yrs. Tonight, Wednesday, the first of June 2022, I had just stopped in after my softball game on Ramsey field, to have dinner with my husband. We were seated immediately and were given menus. We had decided what we wanted within the first five minutes. 15 or more minutes later, after we have not been visited for as much as drinks or silverware, the table behind us and in front of us became occupied with families. Shortly after they were seated, a waitress came with water and silverware. At this time, we got up and walked out of the restaurant with no one asking or wondering why we were leaving. Our waitress for years was not there at this time and the service was terrible! Ok, let me rephrase that, there was no service at all. I will be looking into another Chinese Restaurant for future dining!

Best Chinese in town, hands down. Even after covid and not being open to dine in. Their to-go and delivery is just as amazing, hot, fresh and packaged very well so crispy items don't get soggy. The portions are amazing for their prices. We have been going there forever, and still love to pick up or have delivered. We hope soon, we can dine in again of course but will take china town food any way we can ;)

I cannot understand the bad reviews, etc...rediculous. I have eaten here (to go with family/friends most of the time) at least a dozen or more times and every single time it is hot, delicious fresh and really good. I have not found a better Chinese place in Coeur d'Alene.

Eating the food was great, flavors/textures were great. We got our order timely, it was called in for pick up and since our hotel was close it was still fresh and we didn't experience any of the unfortunate texture issues other posters had, price was average what we pay for our family to eat out with usual amount we order; our issue was much worse though. Our issue was about 40 mins or so after eating it was a race to and fight over the bathrooms .... this sent couple of us out of the room down the halls in search of the hotel lobby restrooms and two in room fighting it out ... we'll just say one ended up in tub while toilet was occupied. We had ordered Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Chow Mein, Cashew Chicken, steamed rice and crab/cream cheese appetizers ... pretty typical order for our family & no food allergies to contend with so we are not sure what the issue was but it hit fast and painfully, we will never return. This was the only thing where the whole family ate the same meal as we had been dining out due to hotel stay & every other place we've eaten no one had ordered the same dishes earlier in the day and even had eaten lunch at different restaurants so we highly doubt it was something from another restaurant, also there were no other symptoms and once it was all out from this meal we were all fine ... so diner beware, we went due to great reviews but did not have a good experience whatsoever.

China town is my daughter's favorite place to eat. Staff is friendly and service is great! Wonderful food and large portions.

Yum! Very generous portions of tasty food. My new go-to for Chinese food in CdA. I wish they had dine-in, as I am always away from home when I eat here.

Nice front desk lady, VERY fast service. Supee yummy rice fried rice. I loved their wontons. I did not love the hot and sour soup, but the egg drop was pretty good. I would reccomend the beef and broccoli. The reason I am giving 4 stars is they only do takeout or delivery (free if you are really close and order over $15).This is not clear on the building or the website. Also 4 stars because the sweet and sour chicken was a little stale and almost burnt-ish tasting.I also would reccomend going during lunch because the dinner prices are very significantly higher. Lunch if like $10 each, dinner is like $16.Would go again! (For lunch)

Sesame beef was amazing! Worth every penny. Incredibly impressed with the quality and freshness of the food. Will be coming back! Yumm!

Chinatown Restaurant is THE BEST Chinese food I’ve EVER had! I’ve been all over the world and eaten a lot of amazing Chinese food, but this place is the best! The honey walnut shrimp is perfection and the fry on everything is crisp, well seasoned, and not oily at all. All the meat was juicy and tender. Everything was fresh, flavorful and cooked to perfection. I can’t wait to try the broccoli beef. I would gladly eat ANYTHING on the menu without a second thought and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you for the outstanding meal, I’ll definitely be back soon!
