After a weekend in Spokane and on our way home to Bigfork Montana we swung into Carl’s junior not expecting much and can’t tell you how surprised we were… first off the cleanliness was beyond our expectation. The staff was very outgoing and helpful and friendly. I also got to enjoy an interaction between the management and staff, one staff member had mistakenly just bought black tennis shoes instead of safety shoes and she offered to return them for him. No one goes into Carl’s junior really expecting muchI would highly recommend this one in particular obviously a well run machine. Thank you so much for our experience there it was positive
Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich is very sad and laughably exaggerated in the advertising images. The tough small portion of chicken was half the size of the bun and nearly completely covered by the two pickle slices. Save $3 and get a far superior chicken sandwich at KFC!
Anytime I stop here I always have to pulled forward and sit waiting for 5-10 minutes. Went In early and ordered a breakfast sandwich and a steak burrito. Sandwich was undercooked soggy and the burrito hardly had any egg or other ingredients. Just a tortilla. I wont be going back to this location again because it's more of a headache than anything. And the lady running drive though needs an attitude adjustment. Not very friendly by any means, and I'm fairly certain she's management.
Very disappointed to say the least. Ordered 2 of the double bacon beast combos. Wouldn't think it would be that hard. $29.66 almost $30 for fast food burgers....and then we are asked to pull forward. Ok we get it places get busy, but then we receive almost cold French fries and then the kicker only one of the burgers we ordered was correct. The 2nd was one of the regular burgers with a couple of onion rings. For this cost and type of service I don't wish to eat out, especially at Carl's Jr.
I have door dashed orders from this place often, particularly at night. I do not recommend it. I understand everywhere is under staffed but these guys never wear their headsets for the drive-thru so they don't even know when you pull up. They have messed up several of my customers orders. They are always out of items. Service at night time after the lobby is closed makes me want to tell everyone to avoid this place. Sorry guys, I know You're trying but you need to pick it up.
My fries looked like someone crushed them with their fist. The bun was weirdly wet and lettuce was turning bad. The burger tasted weird too so I threw everything out and I’m hoping I don’t get sick. I will not be returning to this location.
Jessie made sure our food was fresh, she seems like just an overall nice person. She does a great job at making sure that the customers needs are met and is very friendly to talk to, good staff like Jessie keeps customers coming back. We know we will!
Food was hotter and fresher than McDonald's that's for sure! Best value and quality fill up food for a few bucks!Great staff too. Thank you all who work so hard in the fast food industry, I bet it's not the easiest job for sure!
Use to love their chicken tenders. Now by they always try to slip one or two tiny strips in a 5 piece combo order. Last order we got was totally burnt and couldn't talk to a manager on the phone when we got home and discovered the problem?
Great food and service for only 3 people running the place. And of course the menu picture is much prettier than what you will get. But fair is fair, it was delicious and that is what really matters.
