Speed of service was good considering the restaurant was in a rush and what looked like low staffing. The food was enjoyable with the exception of the Chicken Fries. I've gotten the a Chicken Fries a few times over the past year, and every time they taste cold and stale.
I'm not big on fast food but we had a Burger King open up about a mile from our house recently in Coeur d'Alene Idaho and I went actually a couple times since they opened and enjoyed what I ate it was freshly cooked hot great price staff is friendly the facility was very clean on my first visit in the second we went to the drive-thru it was quick although it didn't seem like it was going to be the food was hot they were very kind as well and was delicious. Got 2 whopper meals and milk shake the other day and it was gross.. milk shake was so runny it was chocolate milk & the burgers were cold & old tasting & the fries was old and cold! For the price you pay here, you should get a decent fresh meal!
Our order was completely wrong and missing food (kids meal was missing from the order). I asked for a whopper with no raw onion due to an severe allergy. All whoppers had onion on them. Not to mention my other modifications such as extra lettuce and tomato. Now I am without food for myself, wasted gas and forced to go all the way back. I am glad I didn't bite down into it, could of ended up in the hospital. Just glad they made it right.
Can't decide which one is worse. Post falls or CDA? I even called corporate about these problems with burger king. They forget your food orders and get them wrong, high wait times. I decided to not spend money at either Burger King in this area until they are fixed. I would high advise those who are reading these reviews, take heed to these warnings and avoid at all costs. Go somewhere else local it might be busy but the service and food quality here is unacceptable do not chance it you will be sorry
Went through drive-thru to order the $20 family bundle like I have off door dash. Was asked for a coupon code, I replied with “oh I need a coupon?” Employee rudely responded with yes. stated I didn’t need one for door dash and the employee snapped back that he “wasn’t door dash” instead of explaining why, so I asked why and the employee rudely explained it. Told the employee I was going somewhere else with the same tone he gave me and his attitude immediately changed. Very poor customer service I will not be going back
I usually go here to get lunch and they do everything perfect but i simply asked for rodeo cheese burgers and got no cheese on either one of them even though I payed extra for cheese on each one
Guy at the window was very rude!! I wish I got his name, but anyways I feel like I should go back. But I know he didn't speak for the rest of the team. Maybe he was having a bad day. But really that's no excuse. Your suppose to leave all your drama at the door. Well that's just me. And I love this burger king it is a shame. Thanks
the whopper is about the only thing worth the $. just ordered the spicey melt combo large. the sandwich is as small as a mcdonalds hamburger. the large fries wouldnt even fill a kids meal fri. the shake and coke were the only decent part of the order this time. very disappointed especially when it cost $14ish .
It's fast food so dont expect 4 or 5 stars but the whopper has more flavor than the cardboard burgers that McDonald serves and the last time I went to Wendy's I could have eaten a 4 course sit down meal in the time it took to get to the window. The staff at this CDA location is slow as well but this time I got through pretty quick despite ordering inside. I hate usung their mobile app as you cant get curbside or go through the drive through. McDs has them beat there. Overall for a once in a great while quick meal it's better than the alternatives.
