I don’t know what’s happened, but Covid has definitely changed the quality of the CDA location. I’ve officially had a bad experience with a sit down and a takeout order. I left a review for the sit down order previously, but the last time I ordered food to-go I ordered all flats for one order, and mixed drums and flats for another order. To order all of one type you are charged extra. I received one order of all flats, and then they compensated for themselves by making the other order all drums. So basically I was charged extra for them to cut corners on their end so their numbers stayed even and my fiancé had to eat all drums when he did not request them and they should have been mixed. My sit down experience was I couldn’t order in-person what I could order through the app because they were “low on supplies”. It was a 20 bone-in/20 boneless with fries combo… so we ordered 20 boneless, 20 bone-in, and a side of fries all separately. They told us we could order it if it’s separate (basically they wanted us to pay full price and not get a discount). Yet if I were at home I could still order it on the app? Maybe the owners care more about saving a few dollars than customer experience. Only reason why I give 2 stars is because the quality of food is still good, it’s the service that has gone downhill.
I almost never share negative experiences but this one has to be posted. I let a waitress know that the bathroom wasn't very clean. She then told me that I had to leave for being rude. I was very respectful and polite when I explained the situation.Hello manger...
We had a party for 15to20 reserved with 1 waiter then accepted another party of 10! Waiter was overwhelmed and charged different bills and had to look for our server after the bar refused payment and had to wait to pay bill the waiter was trying hard to keep up but buffalo wild wings was accepting more big party's
Horrible service! Horrible food! Dirty and disgusting!We were told it would be a 15 minute wait yet we waited 25. Then we waited almost 20 minutes just for the server to take our order. Then he forgot a main portion of our order and it didn't show up till everyone else was done eating so we had to take it to and on top of that it was wrong...not boneless like we ordered and the wrong sauce and we had to take it to go because, you know, timing sucked. Told the waited it was the wrong order he just said "oh sorry". No offer to fix it. Used the bathroom and it was absolutely filthy! Completely disappointed will not be back...go elsewhere!
The sauces were way too strong tasting. Boneless chicken had too much breading!
My group of 7, had already ordered when I got there. Server came right over, and was very pleasant. Everyone was not served all at once. Then I had to wait for about 30-40 minutes for my naked chicken, grilled. By that time, I asked for them to be a to go order. The server said it was because other people's orders were being put in front of mine; having fried wings. They did bring an order of fried boneless chicken, but it wasn't what I had ordered.
Food spot on. Was a little slow on service but server was friendly.
Was craving a GOOD burger so we decided to try Wild burger,which is actually Wild Wings. Ordered our food. WAITRESS was very sweet.When my meal arrived it was supposed to be a double patty burger topped with pulled brisket. The Hamburger patties and other toppins were Not there.Our server took it back to kitchen and apologized That she had made a mistake. 5 mins later she came back with same plate of food and had to inform me and her other her customers NO burgers as all the patties were frozen solid and it would be quite the wait. So we all were nice.My issue was it all was cold after all that time, with same food back and forth. I cldnt eat the fries. I wasn't offered Any discount for incomplete meal OR comp??I was really disappointed. Server was great tho.
The staff is AWESOME, especially Blake. Great experience everytime.
Even though it was a dinner rush and everyone is going through staff shortages right now the CDA BWW staff remained very friendly and worked as fast as they could. Excited to come back another time!
