Definitely would stay clear of this place people use their bare hands to prepare food (I used to work here for four years) general manager makes sick people come to work, has everything pick up after her slack, is suppose to work 50+ hours and is barley even there for 30. The store has reported to HR almost 10 times because of her harassing employees or ex employees She has even physically assaulted a male employee and disabled the cameras had people file false reports saying he “grabbed her wrist” so she wouldn’t get fired. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL WORK ENVIRONMENT
Ordered 2 for $6 the new chicken ranch and roast beef. The chicken was just disgusting. It's supposed to have lettuce and tomato. No tomatoes the lettuce was about the size of a quarter basicly no ranch. The chicken just tasted disgusting! Not kidding I fed it to my dog and he sniffed it first. The person who put my order up I ask for to go packets was just rude. This is the Applewood Arby's and I won't be going again
Ordered a DoorDash and the fries are stale and old and curly fries are mixed in with them. My sandwich’s are old. And I called to tell them and I told the guy and he hung up on me. Not very pleasant won’t be eating here ever agian after this.
For a Meat restaurant their 2 for 6.00$ fish sandwiches, made to order HOT right out the frier are the biggest white fish fillets you will get any place making fish sandwiches They out size EVERYONE and the bun which is Way Better then anyone's burger buns makes it the Best By Far. And the fish is White Fish. No tilapia ???gross. Arbys Fish Sandwich 4.7 out of 5 ???
Super friendly staff but my order was wrong when I got home after having to wait longer than usual to order. I like the Hayden Arby's better.
Every time I go here to pick up an order for DoorDash Shane just harasses me. I think he thinks it’s funny but it’s definitely not. I’ve just stopped accepting orders from Arbys now to avoid him. Literally taking money out of my pocket and my families.
I normally love arbys and have never really had an issue either it as it's a pretty simple menu and usually tastes amazing. This store imparticular takes an extremely long time to fulfill your order and my mozzarella sticks were cold when I received them. I tried calling 3 times and no answer.
Got two fish and 1 spicy fish and curly fry. I Jamaica shake. One fish got a way so we had to wait For our food. It was a tasty to me and my girls.
Great food, sometimes there’s a line but be patient the employees are always working hard and appreciate your patience. The food is always made fresh ! ?
Very clean facility, and staff was pleasant, but food was eh on warmth and flavor. They are out of cheese sauce for beef and cheddar. Instead they give you a slice, which would be good if they would have melted it, but it was not even warm, and the sandwhich and beef seemed only slightly warmer than room temp.They are doing the "2 for $6" promo right now for beef and cheddar, chicken nugget things, the fish sandwiches, etc.Probably will not return to this location.Also, out of horsey sauce packets, but you can ask to be given the pumped kind instead.
