I love Applebee's, I visit the location at North Spokane all the time. However we were staying in Hayden for the night and visited this location and it was less than impressive. We waited a very long time just to get our drinks, in fact one person in our group received their appetizers before her drink. I always order the four cheese mac and chicken tenders and they were cold and all around terrible. We spent more than $200 here and it was terrible! But they were the only place open. Will never go here again
Went to Applebees Tuesday night March 8, 2022. It was 5:00 pm when we arrived, ordered at 5:20 and waited until 6:00 to get our food, mind you the table behind us came in later and had there food way before we did. We only had a party of 4. The Caesar and house salad both had wilted brown lettuce, my husbands steak was just barely warm my fries were under cooked and cold, also Aujus was barely warm. The waitress was nice and kept checking back but the food was horrible, I’m assuming it’s lacking in the kitchen. I use to like Applebees but the last couple of times were not good.
Waitress was awesome. Very attentive and polite. Bourbon chicken with blackened shrimp was really good. Had mine with broccoli instead of mashed potatoes to cut down on the carbs. Had fried cheese appetizer which was really good and my friend said she loved the pretzels sticks with beer cheese that she had. I hadn't been into Applebee's in a long time. Just as good as I remember.
Well they don't have garlic fries anymore. Food was good even though the cooks messed up my order the waiter was solidly on top of it noticing my cheeseburger had the wrong cheese before I did lol. The waiter gets a 5 star the grill team 4. We did get in and out really quick. Wish I could remember the man's name.
The food is super delicious, but there was one problem. My waitress left the building and never came back until a hour later when me and my guests were leaving. I thought that was kinda strange. I asked management where she might be and they had no clue. Then when we were leaving she miraculously showed up. And the host was arguing with another host as well. Which I thought was super unprofessional but the issues I had with the waitress and host were not tue company’s doing, so I can’t really wrong them for the wrong doing of their employees. It really is a great place to eat though.
Standard Applebee's experience. They were friendly and nice. Busy so things took a bit to happen. No complaints and food was decent and good.
We did a pick up order, and it was just an issue from the get go. The food was cold, the fries were not fresh at all, 2 of the meals were incorrect. I understand they have new people they are training, but when I order a hamburger with no pink, and I get to the center of it and it is almost completely raw, that is not acceptable in any way. I let the manager know that half of the food went into the garbage uneaten and the rest was barely edible, we were told we could drive back to the restaurant and get 2 new meals of the incorrect ones, or receive an email gift card for future use. I chose the gift card, because I wasn't making the drive back to get food that wasn't going to be eaten. I wasn't told how much the gift card would be, and I haven't received it yet. If I am sent a gift card, which I will surprised to get, who knows when or if it will be used, as I currently have no thought of going back any time soon.
Traci k. Is the best waitress/bartender ever. We came in a few weeks back and are now regulars. She's awesome. Very personable. Talk about vibeing. She remembered our drinks and food and now it's like knowing her forever. The food is amazing and the service top notch. I recommend this Applebee's. Hometown atmosphere and family feeling comfort. Please say hi to Traci K at the Coeur d alene Applebee's she's so sweet and awesome. Tip her well cuz she just deserves it
Food is good but was told you had to order pick up, not delivery, to get alcoholic drinks to go.. it's my birthday so I tried getting my birthday coupon....website wouldn't take that.... so no birthday appetizer.... friend picked up the food for me... they removed my drinks telling him I couldn't order them to go.... that's fine.... probably not ordering from here and sticking with the Valley location after this. But cheers to the cooks!! And thank you for the food, it was delicious.
Being in a diet, they were able to cook my food without any oils, flame grilled chicken with broccoli. For no oils, was good!
