The food is fantastic, clean, fresh, and healthy! However, their business hours are TERRIBLE...it's like they're trying to go out of business. Literally more often than not they're closed. They're closed all weekends and dinner times. They'd have so much more of my business if they were actually opened for business.
You never really know when the restaurant is open. The product is great if you can get it.
It's good, they BBQ the meat outside, the brown rice is hearty. Service was about 10 minutes. I'll go back.
Love this place.I order the salmon in a bowl.Everything is delicious and so balanced.I eat the whole thing.Yummy.
Excellent fresh, healthy, nourishing, yummy food but extremely skimpy on the sauce. More often than not, the rice is dry. I would give 5 stars if they offered adequate sauce outside of having to pay extra for what should come with the meal.
Been going to Zen since they started downtown in a literal hole in the wall. Now I pay 3 times as much and get like 4 pieces of chicken. Not going back.

For our most recent visit, we ordered inside at the counter for takeout. The rice and dish seemed a bit dry and was pricy for the quality. We recently tried ordering takeout through an on online service, but Zen Bento cancelled the order immediately without any exclamation (that we could find easily). The payment was refunded. We probably won't be using them anytime soon.
