This place is extremely dirty, and the employess have clearly not taken a food safety course, I've tried giving this place a couple chances, and each time I've been grossed out.First time, I watched a guy outside smoke, come inside and get right back to preaparing food.Second time, I watched a young girl drop her vape on the floor, practically touched the floor, wiped her vape off with her finger tips and then proceeded to prepare food.And lastly, yesterday when I went in, I watched a girl practically itch just above her butt crack while preparing to-go orders.
2X already that my order wasn’t ready. Waited 48 mins and the app says it was ready, I waited extra 20 mins. And the food wasn’t good as it use to be. I won’t be coming to this place anymore and I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would rate this as 0 star.
This place was terribly disgusting. My fiancé and I placed an order about 40 minutes ago and as we pulled in this man was smoking cigarettes and we noticed that he blew his snot right into his hands. When we walked into Wingstop we noticed the same man in the car walking into Wingstop as a worker. We were observing him if he would wash his hands before handling any food for his customers. However, this man did not wash his hands after break. His hands were touching cigarettes along with his snot directly from his nose. When we were checking out the cashier was having a difficult time for the transaction and asked for help. Then we asked the cashier who made our wings and he said Stenson. This man was the one who was smoking cigarettes and blowing snot into has hands in his car and didn't bother washing his hands. Another disturbing observation we made was that Stetson was also scratching his head and picking his hair OVER a bowl of wings. Once again no bother to sanitization and basic knowledge of food safety. As a result, we canceled our order on the spot and did not take our wings due to the unsanitary disgusting handling of the food.
Crew and cashier is not consistent, from the attitude and serving the food. Got my bag with smudges sauce and cashier didn't even care. Some cashiers are nice but today we got one in a bad mood perhaps. Needless to say, costumer service please.
Great tasting wings and fries, but after visiting multiple times, I've concluded that the average wait time is 25 minutes
Clearly understaffed, There was this amazing lady who helped me out quickly and professionally while there was no one else helping her in the back of the store. I placed my order and then one of her coworkers/other employees decides to finally get up and help during a rush but stayed looking at his phone the entire time, took him 5 minutes to help start bagging the finished food items that this lady prepped all by herself.
Great food like always but.... No clean tables, no ice, no lobby trash cans so trash everywhere from previous customers. Helped to consolidate the trash to one table but no hand sanitizer, Big yikes. Someone apply here and get er done
I like the Hawaiian chicken wings the fries got just enough spice the people that work for friendly and it's way good I highly recommend it I gve it five stars all the way across the board
Horrid. There was no where you could step on the floor your foot didn’t stick. Gross. We were told 15 mins when placed our order in the dining room. We waited 45 minutes while watching many online orders walk in and out quickly. What a joke. Don’t tell your dining room patrons 15 mins and have them wait triple the time for being dumb enough to walk in your dirty establishment.
Not good. First off very strangely expensive. It was over $12 for 6 wings!!!!!!Yes it came with fries and a drink but it would’ve been only like $1 less without them.The wings. Were dry af. No moisture to the chicken and not much meat. The sauces were greasy as heck. The dry wings were sitting in a pool of grease and I felt gross eating them. Flavors were meh.The worst experience though was the fries. They had sugar on them! Yes folks they were sweet. Like very sweet. How do you ruin a good thing in French fries by basting them in sugar?! Tasted like a strange dessert that I didn’t ask for.Best thing about this place was the nice people working there.
