We ordered a pizza online for 5:45 p.m. At 6:10 p.m. we called to see what was going on. We were told by the manager Lane that he wasn't sure what happened and that he would track our order down. At 6:45 we called to cancel the order and once again Lane's only response was "yeah, ok, sorry about that". Wow, the level of professionalism here is astonishing. Our dinner plans were ruined and it was too late to go somewhere else.
We love Westside pizza! They are quick and the pizza is delicious! They always have great deals going on which is perfect for feeding our big family! Went inside instead of delivery for the first time yesterday and I was surprised how big it was inside. Great atmosphere and super clean!
If I could give more stars I would, their customer service is great, always upbeat and helpful. Great pizza and I always see fresh ingredients on the cutting board, I mean whole vegetables not pre cut or frozen stuff. They also make the doe and cut the cheese daily (don’t we all? Lol) definitely better then Pizza Hut or dominoes and for a 1 topping large it’s the same price if not a cheaper, MADE WITH FRESH INGREDIENTS. Highly recommended. Only pizza place I order from.
The customer service was great and the food came out fast and delicious. It was our first time eating there and we enjoyed it. The pizza crust is similar to a Pizza Hut pan pizza but not as thick. It wasn't your traditional hand tossed crust but it was good. The chicken bacon ranch pizza was delish!
Ordered a pizza today and they were so friendly. Very clean establishment. Tasty pizza too! We are new to the neighborhood and got a flyer to try them out. 5/5 stars. Will definitely be back!
Love the pizza so much & super friendly/nice/great people who work there. I've never been unsatisfied with Westside Pizza in Boise in any way. Always Love going here.

This place is underrated. The inside is really cool and has great seating. There's hardly anyone ever there. I think they mostly do delivery and takeout. The pizza is good and they always have deals online.
First time trying west side and wow! The whole experience was awesome!Lance and rusty were great on the phone helping me order and choose what to get, very patient and very friendly!When I got in to pay the vibe of the store was great, everyone seemed happy and all helping each other out! I even had a first! I had three employees ask me if I wanted help carrying my order to the car.Not to mention food tastes great! Crust is very obviously fresh, fluffy yet dense, sauce was great on my Chicken bacon ranch! I haven’t got to the pasta yet but it’s very heavy/full compared to some places that do like 3 oz of pasta.Only thought I have is the wings could’ve been a little more seasoned/saucier but overall I’d give it a solid 5 stars, 12/10 with customer service!New favorite pizza spot
We ordered online for pick up. Once we got to Westside we were greeted. I was early and expected to wait, only to find they were cutting my pizza as we walked in. Very friendly staff! Handed me my order reminded me to get my soda and we left.Came home & enjoyed a delicious pizza!!Thank you
