Good service, Best food and dessert ????
I had wanted to try this restaurant for 2 years. My husband brought me yesterday for my wedding anniversary ? and it was FANTASTIC! Those are some of the hardest working hospitality staff I ever seen. All very fast, very polite. Food was amazing. Favorites were the Salmon and Pineapple ? Great job Boise! ?
my son was treated very poorly for his birthday. he is special needs and one of the meat servers kept telling him to use his words like a big boy it was so condescending and disrespectful I will never take my family here again. what that server did ruined his birthday.
In Boise for a vacation and we landed here for one of our dinner meals.We arrived without a reservation and our experience was still great. That said, I would recommend a reservation.Staff was great and the meat delivery was consistent. Skewered meat was the star but it was nice to have them stop in with a platter of fish offerings too.Salad bar was well stocked with both build-your-own and already made versions. Soups and breads area had a small variety too.Staff were attentive to our needs and evening manager did a quick stop by to ensure staff were doing their jobs well.
I tried to turn in a takeout order at the Boise, ID location. Drove over there after trying five times between 3:00-5:00 to call in the order. They claim they are too busy to answer phones though you see people behind the desk doing nothing. You can't use a gift certificate with their online order system. It must be called in. When I arrived was told that they were too busy for takeout orders. I couldn't believe how rudely I was treated. Thank goodness Panda Express was down the street so the birthday dinner wasn't ruined. Zero stars is a more appropriate rating.
I will admit I'm not a all you can eat restaurant person.. I really liked their guava and mango drinks. Their salad bar was different from other all you can eat. Tried the quail eggs. They were not bad. Most of the meat they brought was good but had a lot of fat on it. The grilled pineapple was the best part. That was delicious. Overall it is just a all you can eat place with mediocre food (other than the pineapple and drinks) with a twist.
I'm only saying I like this place is because we lost our wallet an thank goodness they had found it an everything was still inside it!❤️ Other than that this place is like just a big buffet!!.. ??.. I waited for a long time to come here an the meat cutting we're cheap peices.. some meats were so raw?.. but the 2 waiters that were helping us understand the menu were helpful!! I also had the pineapple drink which probably would have tasted better mixed but it just fine plain too!!
Amazing selection of quality meats! The servers handled everybody very fast and efficiently. The price is definitely on the higher side but is worth every penny. Overall great experience.
Fun visit. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. One of the meat servers had the coolest attitude. He was funny and full of energy. When explaining the red/green indicator he said "if I forget you, just throw this thing at me." He made lunch fun. I like how they not only bring you drink, the bring you 2 more cups worth in a second container so you don't have to ask immediately for refills. Great food and great service.
This was a different experience.The self serve salad bar had a pretty good selection, and I loved the blue cheese crumble. As I chatted with co workers servers roamed the dining hall with fresh sample size meats with different seasonings. Top sirloin , Pork, Chicken and don't forget the cooked pineapple!Friendly, fast, nice atmosphere.
