Not very happy with the hours not being updated . It mentioned they are open till 9 pm on Google. I drove 30 min out of my way to eat here and they are understaffed which I understand, but they’ve been understaffed since Covid 2021 . I feel like this is a old excuse and also if that’s the case make extra efforts to at least post your right times on Google. I’ve been a regular for years, but am growing tired of all the excuses . As there’s many other options that have the resources to provide better customer service .
I've wanted to try this place for awhile now and decided today was the day for it. On my way there I looked at the reviews and started second guessing my choice, however, I pulled in the parking lot and saw several cars waiting in the drive thru so I figured it must be okay - I am so glad I did; despite the reviews that initially had me worried (the negative ones all seemed to stem from poor customer service), the lady that helped me was super nice, the wait wasn't terrible, and the food was sooo good. I got the caprese chicken sandwich with jalapeño corn for the side, everything tasted fresh and was absolutely delicious. I will ?% be back more than once.
Popular place when I was there. Steady flow in the drive thru. It was good. I'll definitely return. Appreciate the Drive thru especially when you're not quitw ready to venture inside due to covid.
The app. Is not user friendly when trying to order and doesn't work most times, you can't go in and order and the drive through is always a mile long. So your option is sit there forever. Most employees don't even care to help.
I am not usually one to complain AT ALL but this was absolute bs… We went and got two food items tonight and I don’t eat meat so I subbed the chicken for their vegan option. A. They forgot the vegan chicken entirely, B. The salad was half filled, C. They didn’t even put the right dressing in, and D. They literally forgot both of the sides for our meals. I paid 9$ for a half a bowl of lettuce.. not to mention it took almost 30 minutes just to get our order. By the time we got home to eat and realized half of it was missing, it was 8:03pm and they were closed and nobody was answering the phones. I go here very often and this isn’t the first time things have been wrong but I usually let it slide. But this time was just completely ridiculous.. I’ll be calling in the morning to see what they can do…

Love the food, however I can not stand the Attitude of all the little girls that work in this store. I have lived in the surround for 3+ years so I have seen all the new employees yet the attitude of customer service never changes.When ordering things are great! However, if there is a problem with my order and I have call about the issue.... let's just say there is a lack of even caring or the effort to make things better...Expecte a 16 year old attitude and then to be hung up on!!I have really tried to resolve the issues I have with this restaurant because it is so close to my house and I love their food!Needless to say, the way I'm treated is not worth my money or the hassle!
This has become apart of my weekly routine. All their smoothies are fresh and delicious every time.
Some of the best smoothies I've had. The regular size is really big and worth the price. The staff are friendly. Only bad experience I've had are long drive through waits.
I love the food and smoothies here but the service is by far worst out of any restaurants that I frequent. I just waited at the drive through (nobody in line but me) for 10 minutes trying to get the attention of someone through the intercom and nobody responded. This is at 5pm on a Friday. I then drove up to the window and waited another 5 minutes trying to flag 1 of the 4 people working and I either got a blank stare or just completely ignored all together. I would like to say I’ll never be back based off of the service. But it’s just so close to my house. Highly do not recommend.
