Great service. We had a reservation and our table was ready for us on time. The restaurant is in a hotel and it wasnt overly busy. The atmosphere was that of a lounge and very relaxing .Our waitress was very kind and didn't mind giving us some suggestions. I am glad we ate what she recommended because everything was more than delicious. For appetizers we had the chicken flatbread and roasted brussel sprouts. We loved both and polished the plates. Brussel sprouts stole our hearts . They were apricot glazed and roasted to perfection. I could eat them all day everyday. For entrees, we ordered their Cajun shrimp Mac and cheese, pork shank and the steelhead. Mac and cheese was covered in creamy cheese with lots of nice sized shrimp and cheese curds! The good squeaky kind. It is a spicy entrée so if you don't like spicy food don't order it. I loved it. Steelhead entrée was amazing as well with beautifully cooked fish and grits. The only thing I didn't like a lot was the frozen rosé cream that came with it. Could have done without it but it wasn't terrible. We also ordered the pork shank that came in a tortilla bowl served with avocado and Ballard grilling cheese. It also came with a VERY hot jalapeno pepper ? . The pork was falling off the bone and was just mouth-watering. Big love for that one.For dessert we had the s'mores sundae (can't remember the exact name) , creme brulee and a fruit cobbler. S'mores sundae came with a huckleberry marshmallow that was the best thing I have tasted in a while. I highly recommend it. Creme brulee was a peach CB and tasted really good and refreshing for the palette. The fruit cobler was an apple puree cobler topped with vanilla ice cream and some berries. It was very delicious as well. I will deffinitely be back when we are in Boise again.
Our server, Jill, was amazing! She was super attentive and patient with our large group on a Saturday night. Thank you for making our special occasion a next level experience.
My favorite place to eat! Gorgeously restaurant with great service and meals that never fail to impress!
Great ambiance considering its a hotel restaurant. We started with the Brussel sprouts which were to die for! I had the Huckleberry BBQ Turkey and Brie sammy. It was massive and I would split it with someone. My friend got the Tablerock Cobb with smoked trout which was the real winner of the night. Crème brí»lée for dessert was amazing!
The restaurant was fantastic! They were so accommodating, and the food was phenomenal. I canât say enough good things about the restaurant.
For a restaurant that claims to use organic, grass fed meets and local products you failed to deliver. First off your chicken is not local or organic. Your staff had no idea where it came from and thought it could be TYSon! You can not ethically source chicken from TYSON. I was disgusted that you could not source an organic or local bird. You use chicken on several menu items. Itâs unacceptable that your staff is not informed of where items are sourced or that you would actually use menu items of such quality. Our burger was dry and lacked flavor. The bison meatloaf was tough and chewy to eat. The Brussel Sprouts and Cauliflower were the only highlights. Sadly, we canât recommend your restaurant and wonât be back!
Our server was great! She gave us suggestions that made us all very happy with our meals and drinks. She was friendly and even though it was busy we felt she gave us a lot of attention. I normally avoid hotel restaurants, but we are locals and choose to go back often, and recommend Trillium to friends/family who visit.
Love the crab strata appetizer and the trout entre. Service was a little slow the night we were there. Food is excellent
The atmosphere here is fantastic. The drinks were good, and the food I ordered was good. Besides the item I ordered, there's not much on the menu that stands out. My wife and I wouldn't return unless they changed or added things to the menu. This place is worth going to once, though. Give it a go.
Nice place. The food and service were great!
