Look... Delicious gluten free, dairy free ice cream and desserts that are delicious? Rare and amazing. BUT THEN YOU HAVE THIER OTHER FLAVORS?!?!?!I'm only upset they aren't closer to me.
We had ice cream with a coconut milk base. It was exceptional! Don’t skip this trendy ice cream spot. It’s the best!
We have 3 in our party that have stomachs that prefer dairy free, so we're super excited to hear about The Stil. Their dairy free options would fool the saviest ice cream connoisseur. Camel Back snack which tasted like your favorite peanut butter cup shake with a hint of coconut was everyone's favorite. Packed with flavor with the perfect texture. Grandma's cookies was good, but a bit plain. My daughter reviewed the lineup for coming and was pretty bummed they didn't have honey lavender in dairy free. Float Season was pretty good with black berries and dark chocolate. We had 2 excited to try the booze infused. They ordered Ed & Carl Take Reno Bourbon Infused and "Want S'more Porter?" - S'mores Porter, Dark Chocolate, Graham Crackers, & Marshmallows. Review was the ice cream didn't pack as much flavor as hoped for. Ed & Carl simply tasted like Bourbon. Would absolutely return!
well-made ice cream, great flavors, including boozy ones. Deserves its tremendous popularity. It will be #1 on our list when we return.
What can I say, this place is absolutely fantastic! I stopped in to The STIL on my last night in Boise while I was in town for the week and this was a most excellent experience. I got a flight of four ice creams paired with four beers and it was truly outrageous how good it was! They have exceeded expectations and live up to their name of The Sweetest Things In Life!
The staff was very polite and super helpful. We got a flight of wine and ice cream and the staff was more than willing to help make some amazing combos for us! Highly recommend visiting them ❤️
Excellent service with the best ice cream! My family went to the Stil for the first time. The young man helping us was extremely friendly and let us taste whatever flavors we wanted. He gave recommendations, which we took him up on. I ended up with a vegan flavor that was the most delicious (non) cream ice cream I've ever had. I don't eat vegan, and this was delicious! Highly recommend!
The ice cream options we're numerous. They had dairy and non-dairy options which is great. The brownie batter was absolutely phenomenal creamiest/smoothiest ice cream I've ever had in my life.The ice cream wine flight/pairing was such a fun option, I haven't seen anyone do that before.It's a small place, with minimal seating, the colours on the menu made it hard to read from a distance. The line was long so being able to read it from a distance to know what you want by the time you get to the counter would have been nice.It was difficult to find due to construction fencing.
A delicious treat for kids and adults alike! With vegan oat, coconut, and boozy options, there’s something for everyone! The kids loved Bake Sale, Deja Vu, After School Special, and Summer Hike and I may have sampled each! The service was friendly and helpful as well rounding out an excellent visit!
