Been here very recently and had a great time. Good ambience, great choice of menu and very good customer service. Had to wait for a while since they were understaffed but the quality of food as well as their customer service was top notch. Usually great food & service, aside of sometimes bit of waiting.Last time they brought just plain steak and no potatoes (see photo). And said they will bring potatoes in half hour. Then extended it. By the time they brought any side dish steak was cold and terrible.They could bring it later and it would be fine. But nobody wants cold steak. Totally destroyed my positive attitude towards Cheescake Factory.
Manager and waiter were an amazing duo in helping us have the best meal and experience. I realize for a chain, it's about the people and not the artisan food, so don't expect anything other than a huge menu and amazing service.Sourdough >rye.Seafood and Ck >their steak.Cheese cake of course#CaseyRocks
Terrible experience. Will never go here again. We arrived 30 minutes early to get a table for our party of seven, Since we weren’t able to do this online due to one extra person.At 8:30 PM we were seated, at 10:45 PM a part of our party still had not gotten our meals and they closed 15 minutes later. Manager had just excuses and no explanations. He had the audacity to charge us for appetizers and drinks that we ordered as we waited for the food that never arrived! This was a very special evening for our family, and we expressed that upon arriving in several times to the wait staff. It was ruined Simply by terrible management, and a restaurant that couldn’t do the one thing they’re there to do, make food! I’ve never in my life been in a restaurant for three hours and not received a meal we ordered. our evening was ruined and my five kids went home hungry at 11 PM. Best part, just seven drinks and two appetizers over the period of our three hour wait, they charge us $96! This is unheard of and should be a crime in itself! I’d have better service going to McDonald’s That night and we get our food in five minutes!
Service was kinda slow but they were busy. Appetizer was taken to the wrong table and ended up coming out after the meal, but the manager was super nice about it, apologized and comped it for us. Buffalo chicken strips, fish tacos, key lime mango cheesecake and tiramisu cheesecake. The blue cheese dipping sauce was AWESOME, the rice with the fish tacos was very bland, but the beans were yummy and the fish tacos were so light and delightful. Also the drink in the photos is the caramel royale macchiato. Very happy customer leaving here today. Thank you guys
The fish and shrimp is spectacular here. The jambalaya is delicious as well. Of course the cheese cake is out of this world. Nice atmosphereAnother favorite here is the fish and chips
Louisiana Chicken Pasta was amazing! Definitely worth the price. Enjoyable atmosphere for a nice lunch date with my husband.
The food is AMAZING. Can’t come here without ordering the Avocado Egg-rolls, they are heavenly! The menu “book” is quite impressive, with over 250 menu items, needless to say - plan on spending a bit of time leafing through the pages… Pictured is the Mac & Cheese Burger, which was very delicious. The patty was perfectly cooked, Mac was creamy and flavorful, and the veggies were fresh and crisp. Their cheese cakes are also very unique and worth a try (Raspberry Truffle recommended). Only complaint was the slower-than-expected service.
I love this location, they are always so accommodating! I’m a pescatarian (fish/seafood only) and they always let me sub things. I placed an order over the phone and misunderstood my order and accidentally charged me for 2 dishes when it should’ve been a combo. They fixed it promptly and gave me my cheesecake for free. They apologized and made it right even though it was no big deal. Thank you especially to the manager who was not only friendly to the customers but to his staff and nicely taught the girl how to correctly ring up something like that for next time.
My friend ordered to go from Cheesecake Factory and first didn’t receive a $10 item and then bit into her sandwich to find a broken off toothpick. This was a club sandwich that did not come with toothpicks in it to hold it together in the first place. Her mouth started bleeding and was in pain. Cheesecake factory did handle this situation well. I’ve personally always loved cheesecake, but just wanted this to be made aware.
