Me and my wife game here to end our date night. We both got a waffle cone with two scoops. We both have to say that the scoops are big, and the ice cream is very delicious with a lots of flavors. My wife got rocky road, and I got the vegan huckleberry with vanilla. The vegan options are lactose free, made with coconut milk. We both very much enjoyed this ice cream shop and will bring our kids there for their frozen treat too. Would definitely recommend this place to all families who are looking for a good desert place to eat.
Best vegan ice cream I have ever had!!! This is one of the best dessert places I have ever been to. Soooooooo many vegan ice cream flavors and vegan waffle cone and bowl! AMAZING!!!!
There ice cream is always delicious! Friendly staff & welcoming atmosphere. Only reason I took off a star is because their flavors seem to change often & the website doesn’t always reflect all of the flavors they have in stores (usually excludes the vegan ones online). It makes it more difficult for me to want to get ice cream if there might not be a flavor I want at the time.
Customer service was awful. Two out of the 4 kids working there went to the back room with a store full of people. No greeting hello, they were incredibly rude. Did not control flow in the store, and left one poor girl scooping ice cream on a Saturday night by herself. If you are hiring 16 year olds, please have someone on staff to mentor them. They all looked incredibly miserable. I didn’t even try the product because we waited 30 minutes just for someone to acknowledge we were there. We left and got better friendlier service at dairy queen.

Best creamy Ice Cream ever. I had a GF Chai Ice Cream & it was incredible. Definitely would try more of all the yummy flavors that were available! Would love to try all the other options you have available….great selections !!
Stella's has so many delicious options for ice cream! My absolute favorite is the All Nighter! Probably the best ice cream in Boise! It coffee flavored ice cream with chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate pieces. Stella's has vegan options for days! You can also order pints of their ice cream from doordash!!
Nut allergy people BEWARE! Many vegan flavors are now made with cashew milk! We are so bummed because this was one of the only ice cream shops we could go to with our son who has a tree nut allergy. They recently changed the vegan recipes from coconut milk to cashew milk with NO NOTIFICATION that the recipe had changed. Thank goodness we told the girl at the counter that my son had a nut allergy and she was aware enough to check the Cinnabon bun flavor label to see that it was made with cashew milk. I firmly believe she saved my son’s life tonight. I am very worried that another child won’t be so lucky. Please LABEL severe allergens clearly Stella’s management - especially when changing recipes to flavors that people may think are safe for them because they’ve had them before.
Great ice cream, so much better than what you can get at a grocery store. Has the thick and rich mouthfeel of homemade ice cream. We had the chocolate + chai, both very good. Chocolate isn’t the most chocolate-y in the world but still tasty. Staff were incredibly friendly, esp the cashier. I do feel like a size between the mini and single would be nice but if I’m going to have that much ice cream I’m glad it’s stella’s.
The ice cream is delicious. And I have a huge vegan selection. I don't need vegan but it was actually really good
