I just have to say how absolutely wonderful this staff was ! Especially the wonderful young man at the cash register in the drive through. I just had a horrible experience before coming and all I wanted was a frapp and a refresher. I couldn’t remember what the drinks were called since i went through something traumatic. The gentleman who had blonde ear length hair, was patient kind and so understanding. He is the kind of employee you wish to get when you go to any establishment ! The drinks were made perfect too! Thank you !

I have gone to this location three times and ordered a peppermint mocha frappuccino. All three times I have gotten a different frappuccino, none of which have been peppermint.

I give up on this location. I liked this Starbucks more than the other fairview one and I would go out of my way to go to the Steelwood one. But this location is NEVER OPEN! The app will say its open and when you get there its closed! I’ll stop taking the longer way home to pass this one from now on I guess.
I want drinks that are made the same each time. I bought a coffee and it didn't taste like the one I got a few days prior. The last one was like bad milk. It was an iced caramel macchiato. The drink didn't taste like espresso but more like regular coffee brew.
This location doesn’t turn off their mobile ordering when they have the lobby closed forcing mobile pick up orders to wait in the drive thru line. It’s ridiculous, we do mobile pick up to avoid the wait through drive thru. Turn it off if you don’t have your lobby open. Very frustrating. It’s happened multiple times.

I always get an Americano. Coffee at Starbucks isn't consistent anymore. It's the best coffee when it's in point and other times I can't finish my drink. I'm not sure what the issue is exactly.
