Sometimes good and sometimes not! The crispy chicken stripes were over done and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Even the cheese burger didn't taste as good as usual. I will probably eat there again sometime to give them another chance.
This location is so bad right now it's sad.. it use to be a really good and strong location. For food and customer service.When your the only car in the drive up. And only five cars in the stalls. And I stayed for ten minutes to place my order and workers are taking a smoke break. So I left without anything and I went to burger King.I am a business ownerSonic corporate needs to clean house on this location new management and new employees
I've been here several times and I have to say tonight's the most disappointing experience ever. I understand it's "fast-food" and "somewhat low quality food" but why must all these teenagers be on smoke break all at once. I waited 35 minutes for just 2 SHAKES! and while waiting I could hear some of them yelling at each other about who should do which part of the order and the rest was loudly talking about music.Unacceptable, and I would rather drive to the other Sonic on Fairview.
Sonic is super! My favorite is their 44 oz ice tea .. unsweetened, gobs of ice! But everything is yummy so ... YEAH! Thank u Sonic .. and may God continue to bless and keep you all!
Terrible customer service. Ordered food and didn’t hear anything for 30 minutes. Pressed the button again and said they were gonna bring it right out. 10 minutes later I just requested a refund. They said they couldn’t find us even when we are in a numbered marked stall, and the only car there.
This place is gets worse every time I go there. They are always out of something. I sat at one of the stalls for about 40 mins total, watching the teenage employees mess around “cleaning the bathroom”, socializing with their friends (who were not employees). Loud laughing and talking about inappropriate things. Then when our food finally came out, it was missing items, resulting in us waiting longer for the worker to run back in and grab our missing items. Then, when I got home and looked at my chili dog I saw this?! A piece of American cheese melted in the bun? Gross. The hot dog almost looked greenish.. but I still took a bite. I spit it out immediately when I saw the discoloration of the hot dog… DISGUSTING!!
If I could give a negative I would. It has been going down hill for a while. This is the 2nd time I have been there In the last couple weeks. I live close. Ww go there for ice cream after dinner sometimes. Both last times it took over 30 min in the drive through just getting ice cream. When we got to about 2 cars from the window we heard all the children in there "working" cussing on there phone and fighting with each other...thank God I was not ordering food... again tonight we went there for ice cream hoping it would be better.... not today...it was worse. When we got our icecream it was more then half melted.
There was rude customer service and we sat there for 15 minutes with no help while we watched the employees walk around doing nothing. We had to knock on the window to get help and the employee that finally helped us slammed the door in our face. It was very unprofessional and if I could give a 0 rating, I would.
Food took a long time to get to me. A very long time.My guess is that it was the 4 employees having an extremely loud conversation with another car outside. Just. Yelling. Not fighting. I don't think?
I went to get a milkshake and the tells me they are completely out of ice cream. No explanation, no sorry, just poor business. When all you are known for is milkshakes and frozen fried food, you would think there would be some sort of sign posted or something. Or be more nice when disappointing someone.
