Food is very good and taste fresh.But today I got a cherry limeade drink, it tasted more like lime then Cherry so I asked for some cherries on the side. The manager tammarra then gave me a rude look that she didn't even try to hide and basically toss me my side of cherries.Great food but service could be improved
We pulled up to order and they said they were not raking any orders? They were not busy. I come from emmett so it’s not like we go out of town everyday. We ended up going to Wendy’s across the street and they had our food to us in no time!
The night shift at this Sonic is a joke. We have consistently had bad experiences particularly in the evenings here. Tonight it took 10 minutes to get an answer after pressing the button to order. The girl that finally answered was not paying attention, I had to repeat myself multiple times. I only ordered 2 simple drinks. I waited for another 20 minutes: my information had been removed from the board and nobody served me. Not wanting to wait around for another 10 minutes for someone to answer me, I left. Note that they were about the least busy I've ever seen them. A couple other cars in the entire place and a family at their seated area. No reason why an order with no cooking involved should take more than 5 minutes.
This Sonic has been consistently awful lately. Extremely slow service and several incorrect/screwed up orders, even when it's something super simple, like drinks. This used to be the better Sonic, so I'm really not sure what happened.
food is always good, employees are always rude. I thought maybe it was just the teens which would make sense, but the adults working here are just as bad. If you loathe your job SO much, just quit. everywhere is hiring. we get it, you work at sonic, but you have the bare minimum job… it’s not that hard to at least fake a smile and be nice. coming from a literal teenager i can tell you it’s easy to fake it to provide good service.
Pretty sure the food made my bestfriend ill. Our order was wrong, half of it seemed like it had either been overcooked, or sat under a heat lamp forever, not sure which one. Hopefully just a bad day, and redeemable.
The Chicken poppers were soggy and the onion rings were over cooked. I was very disappointed. I cant believe that they charged $9.50 for a cheeseburger, small fry and a med. drink. Prices have gone up enough that the food needs to improve.
I really strongly feel this is the best Sonic location we have! They make everything so perfect, fresh and tastes amazing. I'll drive a couple miles further and take a bit more time .
I drive for Door Dash. Tonight I went to pick up an order and the employees there were both rude and short with me. Apparently somebody had already come to pick up the order and driven off with the food (I found this out after talking with Door Dash support). Sometimes the app "glitches" or malfunctions, but the establishment will let me know that they've already released the order. Usually they don't accuse me of stealing and abruptly cut me off and end the conversation like the staff did tonight. I hope the lady who ordered got her food and that other folks have better experiences with this Sonic.
Best cold/frozen drinks around. Burgers are OK, fried items almost always warm and soggy.
