I just had my first burger from here and it was so good I had to post this. If you're reading reviews wondering if this place is good it will surpass your expectations for a burger. Cooked perfectly, bacon is perfect, tastes fresh with real ingredients, I asked for avocado and they put on at least a half of a fresh sliced avocado and it didn't even fall apart somehow. Magical. And thanks to the guy up front who recommended the rosemary fries because I had no idea what I was missing, now I won't settle for anything else
Edit: finally reached someone and they made it right! Got to love smashburgerI went to smashburger today and ordered a large smash fry and a brussel sprout and the $5 classic double smash burger to go. I got home and the large fry was only about half to three quarters full and the Brussels sprouts wasn't but only half full. Tried to call three times and nobody answers. This really sucks.
They have some of the best burgers in Boise and their staff is friendly. My wife and I love their burgers. We ate there a couple days ago and I had what may be the best burger I have ever eaten. Go try the Colorado burger while it is still available. It is so good I felt like writing this review.
Love the Smashburger! This location usually does a solid job. We did have an issue with an order and didn't realize it until we got home. Our next visit they more than made up for it and I was shocked at the amazing customer service. Thanks guys!
I had the Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger & Tiny Human had a kids cheese burger. All was delicious!
I don't think you should take E net orders if you can't serve the people waiting in line at your restaurant. Sat there for over 15 minutes behind the same people then waited another 20 min for food.. But E net orders are going out like hot cakes. The food is great that's the only reason we waited. But i won't do that again,
The food is mediocre at best the French fries aren’t worth the $5.00 extra we paid and hamburger is just ok. Everything is À la cart pricing. Won’t be coming back here again. The soda was good.
You can always count on a great smash burger here. Staff is always attentive- coming by to double check orders and quickly clear our table when we’re done. Specialty shakes are great when they are on the menu. Can’t go wrong with fries, onion rings, or tots
A very unique and delicious flavor. Very good burgers and fries. All orders are made fresh and you can taste it, even the meat is freshly prepared on order, instead of using premade burger patties.
Always a great experience here! The staff always goes above and beyond to take care of you. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Great place to eat! I’ve always been very satisfied with everything I order.
