I ordered a double plain cheeseburger burger and I ended up getting a burger covered in condiments. My flight was departing soon so I was curious if I could get a refund. The Manager said there are no refunds even though my order was messed up and was really rude and did not care about customer service. Rather than taking the credit for messing up the order he said “well I said no mayo”. This is a 60+ year old man making up excuses super embarrassing. On top of that they remade my double cheeseburger and forgot to add an extra patty. Shoutout to the cooks in the back though they actually helped me and acknowledged me.
Over 30 minute wait time for one burger when it wasn't that busy. None of the staff had any urgency.
I live in Boise and couldn’t make a flight due to being on standby, which caused me to have a 3 hour layover. I never thought I would try this Smash Burger. It was an amazing experience. There was a big variety of burger types. My girlfriend and I got a turkey and black bean burger. They were delicious! I love how customizable the menu options were as well. The rosemary fries and tots were exquisite. In addition, the price was reasonable for an airport.
Terrible food, which is to say about average for airport food. Burger was sloppy. Fries were edible.
Eating here now and it's quite gross. The fries are not hot or crisp and the burgers are generally gross. I removed the onions and lettuce to try and see if that would help but it does not. Probably one of the worst burgers I have eaten in recent history. (Or at least when eating it I thought "wow this is not good" something I rarely think about when eating.)I was looking forward to this place opening in LAX but now I will go somewhere else during my travels.
This is the winner for the worst burger I’ve ever had in my life and I’m not even picky. I ordered the mushroom burger and took my first bite. It tasted weird and kinda gross. I took a second bite to try to figure it out. I thought it was the mushrooms so I scraped them off. I took another bite and it was just disgusting. I smelled the meat and it was sour and smelled like meat that went bad either to due to being expired or to being stored at a warm temperature before being cooked. I threw it away. And then I kept burping that disgusting taste for two hours. I can’t even say that the service was friendly. Don’t do it!!!
