One of the very best in Boise, a unique and creative menu and the BBQ is super!

Food overall was good…the pickle board was great, would definitely order again. Brisket sandwich was good, but tends to be a little dry without adding additional sauce. Not sure why they don’t trim the fat off their brisket, although it’s good, I had to take my sandwich apart to cut off the half inch layer of fat on the meat. No one wants to eat all that fat! In addition their meat platters are pretty expensive, $35 for a bbq platter is pretty ridiculous.

Menu was different from what we found at Open Table, less choices, higher price. Happy Hour prices that were advertised at Open Table did not apply. Service was good, drinks were decent but dishes were between horrible and just ok. Worst dish you can order are Mac and Cheese (we had that for our daughter). We won’t be back.

Restaurant ambience needs a LOT of help! First impression was it was smoky in there. Then the tables and chairs were just cheap looking. Where we sat there were stacks of junky boxes in plain site. One of the restrooms was closed and they only have a onesie so there was always a line. Then the toilet in the remaining bathroom backed up, according to the lady in front of me, so I didn't even dare to flush. They badly need some updating, but if that's not affordable, at least some plants and things, which are cheap but can make a difference. Floors were dirty. My mom had to ask for them to be wiped when she almost slipped. Food was decent but not great. What rubbed me the most wrong though was that we asked for an ice tea refill to go, and when the waitress hesitated, I pointed out that my mom never got a refill. Then when she brought the to go cup back, she made a point to tell us not to expect that in the future and that they were making an exception. Really?? It's a 5 cent iced tea that you're charging $3 bucks for! With all of the great choices in the Treasure Valley, there was not much to compell me to go back here. Probably a first and last time thing.

Loved the outside area and fireplace to help with a chilly day

This was our first time trying Saint Lawerence Gridiron. The service was good. The food looked fabulous, but was mediocre. The best part was the fried potatoes. We had the brisket Benedict, biscuits and gravy, RX burger, pulled pork breakfast tacos and a monte cristo sandwich. All the dishes lacked flavor except for the tacos. Unfortunately, they forgot to put the eggs in the tacos and the pulled pork was dry. The brisket was also dry and lacked flavor. The burger was really good, but the bacon was way undercooked. We took maybe 2-3 bites of the monte cristo and couldn’t finish. Very boring. Not sure if we will try again. Very expensive for subpar food.

Great service and staff. Favorite Briquet place in Boise. Also really enjoy their Bloody Mary.

Great food, amazing cocktails, and wonderful service.

Staff are super friendly and chill. Excellent brisket! Love the wings too and the white bbq sauce is to die for. Creative cocktail list and they are willing to make you a personalized cocktail if you ask!

Love this place and we frequent the Saint Lawrence Gridiron often. Cocktails are awesome too.
