We had Roosters cater my parents 50th Anniversary party yesterday. They were amazing! The food was fantastic as well as the presentation. Highly recommend!
My first time and I had the French dip and I cannot complain. The homemade chips are delicious as well.
The chicken salad sandwich was very good. The French onion and chicken tortilla soups were delicious. My only knock is the iceberg lettuce in the salad. I should have asked before I ordered. We'll definitely go back and try other items.

If you are looking for breakfast or lunch places in the Boise area, you need to check out Rooster's! We stumbled upon this place by accident and are so thrilled to have found it! We had breakfast, and decided on the veggie scramble. Of course, I had some modifications to how it is originally served ... not only did they get it perfect, they served it with a sincere smile and it was delicious! We will be back for sure, to try other options available on the menu! If you are in the area of Maple Grove and Emerald, stop in and give them a try - I am sure it will soon be one of your local favorites!
Roosters has the best sandwiches I've EVER had! I've been going to Roosters regularly for a month or two now while working from home, and every sandwich feels like the best thing I've ever had. The buns are tasty and perfectly toasted, the meats are tender and full of flavor, and the toppings for each sandwich perfectly compliment the meal. Plus free sides of chips, potato salad, or pasta salad!
I ordered the scramble with tri tip. I can't confirm if the meat was still good or if the marinade tasted off. Pancake was good. The breakfast burrito with chicken and jalapeños tasted like cheap salsa.

This place is different so be prepared!! When you walk in you order then find a seat. We were not prepared to order right a way. We sat with a menu to decide... Which is nice because the sun makes the TV menu hard to read (depending on the time of day)You get your own drinks and have a good selection of coffee enhancers even hot cocoa packets. Food comes quickly and is good! I had a special order and they got it right! Portion was large enough... We like to skip lunch.The staff was nice and quick to take your order or fullfil your requests. THIS PLACE IS CLEAN and nicely decorated.The only thing that rubbed me wrong a bit was the owner or manager had parked close to the door and took up two spots. Which is fine for us but some of the folks who are juggling kids or might have an injury they might find annoying.
This was my first time at Roosters. The best reuben sandwich I've ever had the potato salad was also awesome. My daughter had a chicken salad sandwich and soup and loved every bit of it. The prices are very fair in the restaurant is really clean friendly staff definitely I will be back
