I’ve cream is good BUT BE WARY -all- the employees when I went on 7/22/22 at the lake hazel and five mile location had no gloves on. The only employee who had one singular glove on was someone holding a waffle cone. Even though their other bare fist was covered in chocolate ice cream from scooping it on several orders. These employees had chipped fingernail paint, and bandaids on fingers while scooping ice cream. A huge health hazard. Not to mention it’s just gross and not hygienic.
It’s okay. The ice cream is decent but not good enough for the price IMO. The flavors were disappointingly bland. The strawberry cheesecake just tasted like mild strawberry, no cheesecake. The cookie dough was okay. I’d have been just as happy taste wise with Breyer’s cookie dough and Breyer’s strawberry, and I’d have been able to buy a 1/2 gallon of each flavor for the same price.
The kids were nice but didn’t seem to know what they were doing or how to count change ? we got scuffed 10$ short after I gave them a 50& bill but that’s my fault for not checking at checkout. The food was fairly bleh & coldish. Could’ve just been an offish day. We love the ice cream always tho
Reed's has the best ice cream in the valley. It is rich and creamy. The best part is that they make their own flavors! If you like ice cream stop by Reed's.

I love having this place around where I live. The people here are so kind and friendly and the ice cream is amazing. They also have other dairy products like Whole milk and cheese curds which are delicious as well. This place is everything I could have asked for in a local ice cream shop.
It's not a huge place, but they have a quality product. My son and I ordered a couple of flavors of ice cream. The specialty flavors change regularly. There's almost always something new.

Love this place but sometimes we buy milk that has already gone bad. The raw milk we picked up last week had chunks in it. One of the only places you can get raw milk so we just deal with it.
