We stayed at Comfort Inn location half mile to Applebee's. We ordered 2 for $40 special choose 2 entrees from and one appetizer from selectionsto choose from. Our food was food, friendly server, and we had leftovers. Very convenient location to walk or drive when staying at one of the hotels 1/2 mile or less.
Staff has always been friendly at this location and has a nice veiw. Never had an issue with an order and food always tastes good. Parking can be difficult on weekends due to the small lot size.
The bar was nice and quiet during my visit. The bartender greeted me quickly and very friendly. We chatted a bit and she was very personable. The bar was clean and so was the restaurant. Food was very good and came out as per ordered. I would recommend this Red Robin restaurant to anyone. I will be going back again.
Love me some Red Robin. This one sits real close to the river. Food is the same as every other one. Royal Ted Robin Burger or the Whiskey River Wrap is what I would recommend.
The Red Robin on Parkcenter is a solid 5 stars. Is the food a magnificent culinary experience? No, but it is delicious and consistent. Of all the dine in burger places in town, this one is certainly one of the better ones, and certainly the best of the "chain" options. The service at the Parkcenter location is what really makes this place 5 stars. They are all awesome, and frankly we get better service here than we do at the expensive restaurants downtown. Keep up the good work Parkcenter team!!
Addison was our server she was very friendly I really appreciate the fact that she was willing to bend down and get eye to eye with my mother so that she could hear her talking as well as be able to talk directly to her as my mother speaks very softly and can't hear very well she is an awesome server and a very awesome young lady
Ordered food online thru ActiveMenus, Google form of online ordering. Super easy & clear understanding. Texted me they got the order, instructions and update when food was ready. Easier and better than calling or Uber/Doordarshan ?
Took kids and grandkids for lunch Saturday. Menu is reduced to Chuck e Cheese style pizza and some burgers. Fondue appetizer was cold. 3 of us ordered burgers. All 3 came with yellow, unripe, tasteless tomatoes. Patties are now the size of fast food burgers. Kids wanted milkshakes. No ice cream available! Took 15 minutes to get a draft beer only to be told "sorry that's not on tap anymore", then another 10 minutes to get a bottle of Coors. Bill for 5 bad meals was $110. Manager says " sorry we're understaffed ". That's no excuse for bad, cold and out of stock offerings. That's an excuse for the extremely poor, slow service we received.
The food was good and tasty. It's quality was good and I liked their service.
Simply awful. Ordered a burger and cheese sticks for takeout. Took 45 minutes then when I got the food finally it was cold. Very skimpy on the fries as well. Snotty hostess, garbage service and a waste of money.
