I only end up in these types of chains when I’m forced to by a group. I consider this a “fake family restaurant,” as in somewhere that is trying to pretend to be authentic. Authenticity is something I seek out when choosing where to eat. Chains like this where a lot of things come out of a microwave are at the bottom of my list. That being said, I had an okay experience here. The staff were all great. Our server actually gave a lot of personalized recommendations. The endless old bay rolls were definitely a win as well. As I wasn’t interested in spending a considerable amount on mediocre seafood, I got a few small cheap items. I tried the lobster pizza and the shrimp scampi. The pizza was edible but not good, seemed like the same quality of a cheap frozen pizza. The shrimp was fine. Overall, exactly how I thought it would be. At least I left without wasting more money.
They are still suffering from understanding like everybody else, but the the service was still excellent in the post COVID Era. Our waiter was Devin was attentive and courteous. We were two parties of two (4). He kept our orders straight and didn't mind running two separate checks. The restaurant was cool inside with wooden tables and dark stained wood trim throughout. There were large-screen, hi-def TVs in the available pub-bar for watching sports programming.Jacquee had fish and chips. The fish was just one piece but it was a huge filet, about 8 inches long. She said it was very good, although I did notice on part of the portion, the fried batter was a bit thick and not quite completely cooked (it was still a little doughy)All in all, we were pleased with out experience and will return in the future.
The food was amazing! This is my first time visiting a red lobster and it didn't disappoint. I'll definitely go back when I'm visiting again. Also, the service was incredible.
Our server was amazing and the food hot and served quick. Taste great and fair prices. Was treated very respectful even while I had to take a work call and go outside. Truly a nice place.

Good food, great customer service
Our waitress was great. However the person who cooked our food was not so great. I had asked for my steak to be medium. It came out rare. She took it back. The cook only seared the outside. The inside was the same. Asked for a baked potato loaded with no chives or cheese. It came with both. She wrote it down correctly but whoever made it did not read it.
My husband and I decided to stop in for a quick lunch to give Red Lobster another shot. So happy that we did! Our lunch was fresh, hot and delicious. Julie was our waitress and she provided the best service we've had there! She smiled even under her mask, she was attentive and enjoyed her job. What a nice change! Please keep her!!
We went to Red Lobster @ 550 N. Milwaukee St. in Boise, ID. on Valentine's Day. Dined in ordering a4-lb. Lobster. We are giving our Waitress Nicole & Chef Dan a 5-Star rating!!
This restaurant was awesome. Staff were very friendly and served food within a decent time frame. There is complimentary bread, cheddar bay biscuits (6 per basket) that are absolutely amazing and they are unlimited. It was me and my date and the total came out to 46$ before tip which is not bad at all for your main dish that comes with two sides. Food was really good, and again, their biscuits are amazing.
