BEWARE!!! THIS RESTAURANT HAS SHIESTY PRACTICES.Updated review:Was right in the area so I thought I'd give them another chance. Ordered the same thing I ordered last time and they added an additional $1.33 to my bill. When I called them just a few minutes ago to ask them about it they told me that charge was for "spicy". I told them that that was not okay to add charges without my consent and got hung up on.I hate being nickeled and dimed. Won't come back. Sat in that drive-thru for over 20 minutes waiting for the food. The only reason they're getting three stars is cuz this guy at the window was actually nice.
I made my own combo with Mongolian Beef, Mandarin Chicken, and Pork Chow Mein for only $13. The portion sizes are amazing and I even got a call from the restaurant when my order was ready (I was running an errand so I appreciated that they let me know to head to the restaurant). Great tasting food, great take-out experience.
Honestly, tastes AND looks canned. For the price it should have been ATLEAST mediocre.
Mmmmmmm yummy food. You get a lot of food for the price. I just love the young lady who works at the drive thru window she's awesome.
Very friendly staff, and my order was perfect. Don't uber cause its gross. Have quik wok deliver since they are coming straight from the place that it's being cooked and prepared.
**CALL AHEAD IF WANTING TO DINE IN**Service is wildly inconsistent. Some excellent servers (Jeanie) and some not so good. Food is usually pretty good, but if it is slow- sometimes it seems like fried food comes out extra greasy. We love the egg rolls 8 out of 10 times and the fried rice is usually very good, but then.. wham! Where did this food come from!?! Chow mein (soft noodle) and sweet and sour pork are usually decent, and most traditional Chinese dishes are well represented. Finally Google saying they are open is not always correct, so call first to find out!
Food took a little bit to get but it was ok. In a pinch I'd go back. I did enjoy the fact that it was still hot an hour later.
Had an issue today when we ordered food for delivery online. Got a call a bit later stating the driver "didn't feel like" delivering our food and we needed to come pick it up. When we asked to speak to a manager we were informed there wasn't one. Best part was they refused to refund the delivery charge. If there is a manager for this establishment you should really consider finding a driver who will actually drive! Absolute trash service!
Chow Mein had zero flavor. Looked like you threw onions and celery in water. S&S pork was good but hardly had any sauce. And lastly the fried rice is dry.
Ordered Combination Hong Kong, it says it comes with Green Onions, and I got like half an Onion, like i ordered this due to it not having Regular onions, So i called to tell them what happened, they said Oh you have to state you want green onions "Combination Hong KongA house combination platter of chicken, beef, pork, ham, shrimp, green onion, mushrooms, and gravy sauce over pan-fried noodles. Bamboo shoots and water chestnuts on request." is what it says on the website, and the lady on the phone said otherwise, they asked if i wanted it remade, i said yes, 10 min later they showed up with a bag full of green onions, like ive been ordering from here for years, and this is how it goes. rather order somewhere else, where i don't get service like this, if you are gonna bring just green onions say that, not ask if i wanted something then bring something else, Like when i Order GREEN onions and you bring half a White ONION.
