Food was fantastic!Fresh, hot, and flavorful.The Nashville hot chicken is spicy without being heavy handed, it was balanced well with the toppings and had a great crispy bite.The bahn mi was outstanding, the meat was smoked and then grilled, the mint was a great addition.Overall the service was great, the employees were knowledgeable, and the food was awesome.A great addition to the adjacent brewery.
Best food in town, everything on the menu is absolutely fantastic, as I’ve been enough times now to try everything. Highly recommend, plus the staff (Mike, Joel, and Chris are super cute)

Wow! I grabbed a burger slider and their chicken slider. Two sliders were plenty of food and sooooo incredibly tasty. I am only in town a few days and already looking forward to trying something else on the menu tomorrow.
The food was prepared with love and care, it’s speaks for itself! Delicious food made in a timely manor. This will definitely be a regular stop for us. Payette Brewing is lucky to have this gem right outside it’s doors. There’s no way a customer will leave without dreaming about their next meal.

This place is legit. Best food truck I have been too. Everything is made fresh and super tasty. Never seen my kids eat a burger so fast.
