Just got the chicken Alfredo and it was the best I've gotten from any Pizza Hut. Really liked the change to the penne, and there was enough sauce so there was no hard pasta.
Thanks to the employees here! Had an issue with the note in my online order since it’s only 16 characters and I wasn’t able to be clear about it. Staff remade the pizza no problem - super helpful really appreciate it.Pizza Hut (corporate) - maybe a 25 character limit on online order notes would work nicely. Just want to specify light cheese on one side of the pizza.
Last two times I have ordered food has been burned. I would rather wait longer for food if it needs to be remade then have it brought to me way overcooked. Also was charged for extra cheese and no extra cheese
They made my order exactly how I wanted it and provided excellent customer service when I arrived to carry out
This was our first time here at Pizza Hut and didn't really know it was here next to Walgreens and next to a truck stop. ??????? I placed my order online pizza hut app and the pizza was Amazing. ???????? We have tried this Large Thin Crispy Crust with Beef, Bell peppers and Mushrooms and it was Perfect. ???????? These guys were right on and made it to perfection just as we ordered it. The Best ever. ????? We'll Definitely be back. ????
Rings the door bell, we tell them not to, and it wakes up our baby. Delivers the completely wrong order. Then we call telling them they screwed up and we get the police called on us ?
The pizza was dry more like what you would expect from a bar or pre made frozen. I order lots of pizza and its not just this store but what ever you have changed you should go back to the way you use to make your pizza
I have 3 kids, I had a free coupon for a pizza and they took in my order. We waited all night until 12am they never showed up. We didn’t eat that night. Another time we ordered from here the delivery driver was super unprofessional, he was grumpy, he wasn’t wearing proper attire and he didn’t have the Pizza Hut sign on top of his car we nicely said something about it and after giving him a nice tip even though it was late he had attitude and said he didn’t want to put it on his car yet in OUR drive way he took it out of his trunk and slammed it on top of his roof then did a burn out on our street. I’ve had it with the unprofessional ppl they hire.
I thought after a few years of not having pizza hut I would try it again and it was a mistake, I paid extra for a special pizza and got none of the extra sauce I paid for literally none ,which made the crust extremely hard and unbeatable and just nasty. Hard failure on a easy order
Horrible delivery. I did not get a notification that my order had been delivered so it sat on my porch for a half hour and I got to eat an ice cold pizza.
