We ordered a delicious German chocolate cake and a key lime pie for a birthday party and both were divine! Also don’t forget to get one of their sugar cookies for the road! They are super good! Thank you for the tasty treats!
They had such an amazing selection today and they look so good, I bought more than just the maple bar I went in for. The cookies are great as always and I can't wait for my parents to try the lemon drop cupcake and the angel cake I got them to try! Oh and the maple bar I got mom, I love to spoil her!
It's always just ok. The selection is boastful, but the actual baked goods are "fine" I guess. Maybe it is the time of day we've gone there.
Awful customer service. Refused to 'show' graphics or examples of options for a cake I was in-store attempting to place a custom order. The ancient binder on the counter with old photo examples appears to have mold on most pages. Might as well order from the grocery chains at this level of cleanliness and customer service.
Do these cookies look like their worth$2.09 /each???? So dissapointed. The cookies on display in Pastry Perfection look great …. But I DO NOT consider this very perfect….BEWARE OF SPECIAL ORDERS HERE!!!!!
I'm a fan of Bavarian Cream doughnuts, and these are good! I also had a raspberry bar which was rich, buttery, and nice!
Was very disappointed with Pastry Perfection yesterday. We went to pick up a cake for my son’s birthday. We asked to have Happy Birthday and his name written on the cake. The girl was very nice and we talked about how hard it was to write on a cake. They mentioned how good they were doing that at Pastry Perfections. We got the cake and I found it strange that it was already boxed up and taped. They normally show us. I did t say anything cause they usually do a good job.We got home and we opened it and to our surprise the happy birthday was written in a small plastic piece. I am sure the cake will be fine. What a disappointment though. I feel like they knew it would be disappointing and that’s why they hid it. I will not be fooled again.
Everything you'll need in a bakery & pastry shop! The freshest, large donuts and coffee/espresso bar. Ample seating with pleasant music. Fully staffed with friendly and helpful employees. Anna was the best!Don't forget your special occasion cakes & daily breads to take home.
The chocolate cream pie was amazing, but the customer service was absolutely horrible. Don’t bother asking for their curbside delivery that they specifically offer online. They’re insulting, rude, and generally lack understanding or empathy when it comes to not wanting to transmit COVID-19.
