Went in early on a Saturday within a few minutes of them opening and the make line was a total mess. Obviously hadn't been cleaned from the night before. There were only 2 people working, a new guy, and a guy with zero customer service skills. Just asked me what I wanted, told me how much it was, and walked away. Didn't even check to make sure I actually paid with my card. I guess it's good I wasn't paying cash.I ordered a couple pepperoni pizzas and they were terrible. The pepperoni is paper thin now. You can almost see through it. There was almost no sauce on it and less cheese than usual. It was so bland. I won't be back to this location and I've been buying here for almost 20 years.The franchise and franchisee should both be ashamed of this shop.
Since when are the green onions not chopped up? Wasn’t even offered a replacement. Green onions inside where the same way. Husband called and was hung up on
Ordered 3 pizzas and they got the order completely wrong. One of the pizzas was supposed to be gluten free and it was a regular crust! It took an extra 30 minutes at the store and cost $39, they did not offer to make it right. Disappointing.
The last 2 visits have not been good.. The crust has changed substantially recently. It tastes different than it had. it now sticks to the cardboard pizza holder during the cooking process. It is doughy, unappealing and the toppings tasted off. Have frequented this location for years. We would go almost every Friday for pizza night but will look elsewhere.
Tyler has helped me and my fiance several times. Everytime we come in he greets us instantly and with a big smile. Our food is always perfection so fresh. We are always excited when Tyler is working and always look forward to returning to see him.

For the first time I ordered from Papa Murphy’s for over 20 years. I had a choice between thin and Original crust.What i got was a paper thin crust. So define the original crust for me. Cause i itdered the Original. The toppings were excellent, but the crust needs to have a choice for a thicker crust.
Today's order was made really good, the Cowboy pizza was spot on, but both pepperoni pizzas were awful - neither one had any pizza sauce. Couldn't eat it.

I don't visit this location often but it's been established for twenty years and still going strong. Order was correct and timely. Order ahead by phone or online if you want to pickup during busy dinner hours between 5-8 pm. Also has a drive through for easier pickups.
