These stupid fuckers failed to give the driver half my order. The driver, Hayden, was awesome. The rest of the staff is too fucking stupid to work at McDonalds. Fire every one of those sub 60IQ shitbags
Ordered delivery and the cheese sticks and stuffed crust pizza were over cooked, asked for multiple garlic sauce and only got one, and the one we got was already open so we didn't use it... usually love papa John's but this is very disappointing ?
Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 10 piece chicken poppers ($60 in food total) at 9:20 this evening. I have called 3 different times and talked to 3 different people and have been told that they were just making it (at 10:20ish), at 11 I called and asked for an update which I was told it was on the way. At 11:55 I was told it would be at my house any minute... it's now going on 12:30 in the morning and they're closed and I cant get an update. First time ever to pay for food and never get it... 0/5 stars if I could because of the lying and of course no food and I'm out $60
The pizza was good，was. Until they hired new employee who looks like only sleeps three hours everyday，I ordered three topping pizza just like usual and now it looks like giant cheese bread.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. my order got LOST and they just don't care. Worthless service and I will NEVER order from here again. If I could do 0 stars I would. I waited an hour this is completely ridiculous
Papa John's uses a call center and they barely speak or understand English. After 5 minutes of trying to give my address for delivery, I gave up.
Skimpy on the toppings, smallest wings I've ever had with some that had zero sauce. Keep trying guys, you used to be better.
I always felt a little creepy that John insisted that I can't papa but it comes to pizza. This man is hard to argue with.
I love Papa John's Pizza... it's all about value with them. I know inflation is out of control but they're treading dangerously close to loosing that value balance despite of inflation. Just sayin.
Worst location I've ever been too. They put a super nice but non knowledgeable new girl up on the register and there was another girl in the back yelling and cursing at her over a cap on a water bottle not being completely on properly when she went to move it right in front of customers. Really? Not to mention that girl was a b**** to the new girl which I didn't appreciate she's never used your system how would she know what to click yet?! How about her lack of knowledge reflects on horrible training. Poor girl was overwhelmed and everyone was an a** to her. Then they got our order wrong on top of it tried to argue we insisted on parm stick when in fact i specifically asked for CHEESE STICKS. again poor training led to this incident. Don't treat your employees like s***. The service here was absolutely horrendous. Shut it down, fire everyone, hire an all new staff. Period.
