I was mentally exhausted after long travels to Boise. The young lady working with purple hair (I apologize I didn’t get her name) was very considerate & displayed patience and absolutely made my day so much better with her kindness, compassion and understanding. Thank you!!!
Very upset and will never go back. We ordered 3 large pizzas. One cheese, two peperoni, and one order of breadsticks. It was over 60$. I pointed out the special that she had on the counter. 2 Large pizzas and soda for 22$. She told me she couldn't do this deal because we got three pizzas. I said okay then we will do 4 pizzas. I can't do that because its one per person. I said okay then my son will do one order. She quickly slide my card.
I've ordered a few times through Pap John's and something is always wrong with the order. This time, they completely forgot half the order and I now have to wait an extra 45 minutes for it to arrive (cold and not freshly prepared).
Placed a order for delivery and was quoted about 28 minutes. Showed up at 50 minutes. Pizza had been sitting for a while as everything was dried up and starting to shrink from the crust. Garlic knots were not even warm. Did not bring extra dipping sauce or sauce that was requested at time of order
I made an order for delivery. It was getting late and my delivery hadn't arrived yet so I decided to check my security cameras. And the driver went to the wrong house. I have it all on film. And, of course, they are closed so I couldn't not call them. But, my neighbors didn't answer the door, and I could see the driver going back to his car with my order. My already paid for order.. My question is why didn't they call me when there was no answer at the door? The wrong door..

Tisk Tisk Papa Johns. Upon receiving my order tonight, I proceed to open the wings with the spicy garlic sauce. Noticing that the sauce was already slightly open. I compared it to the other spicy garlic sauce I got, and whoa, it’s bad. Gross. Thanks. No wonder you guys have a 3 star rating. Which I pretty sure you’ll do nothing about it, and just accept you guys are mediocre. ?
The team working here knows how to cook pizza right. Great service too! Been coming here for a few months and it’s always been good.

Give Papa John's a try they are incredibly good and they usually have discount codes that you can use if you order your food online through them. They are always very prompt at getting me my orders for doordashing and they are very nice and extremely helpful I really do love Papa John's I just need one closer to my house.
