Went to Panera and got dinner for the family. I start eating my Chicken Sandwich and next thing I know, there is a large bug in the lettuce crawling around. The only reason I looked down at the sandwich was after I had a bad taste in my mouth. I can only hope I don’t get sick from it. Was told by the manager that they don’t process their preserves and clean it very well. Horrible product just for a corporation to save money!
Ordered two sandwiches for dinner was so very disappointed bread very hard not very much meat. Not worth the money will not recomend. one of the worst in sandwich shops in Boise.
Is everyone in this city mental? Go to the door & try to open it, it’s locked. Just seen people come out of that exact door. Walk around to the side door that says “Please use other door.” It’s open, we walk in & get our order. I let the lady at the counter know that the front door is locked. As there are literally 6 families filling up 6 tables this woman says “Oh yes our lobby is closed.” If the lobby is closed then why are more people walking in & eating? ??♀️
I usually don’t leave reviews, but the lady that helped us today I think her name was Shae, was so sweet! Extraordinary customer service! also the food was delish
What just happened?I swung through the drive-thru because it was nearby and I wanted a drink, not knowing anything about Panera. I saw that they had bagels, so I decided to try the cinnamon sugar bagel - Toasted with cream cheese.Fantastic.Now I'm on a food high.I don't know about the rest of Panera, but if you're looking for a snack, go with the above mentioned, and a Pepsi.
like others I too have had the steak sandwich with what looked like half a portion of steak that is normally there i also got the mango smoothie with no mango in it just Greek yogurt . Like the food but I will not be back to this store soon
My first time ever to a Panera and I must say! I really really enjoyed every part of it. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. Everything was vary clean and I loved being able to order on the tablets. I will definitely be coming back
I like Panera, I adore the broccoli cheddar soup, I think Turkey Bravo sammy is delicious. I stop at this location often, service is pretty fast... I usually pre order for pick up. Staff is really nice! I recently ordered pick up at a different location by mistake and the employee here made it such an easy fix. I didn't expect that kind of customer service and was very impressed and appreciative. Thank you!
Sadly this is not the first time they got my order wrong and I don’t live nearby so I didn’t notice it was a bowl instead of a salad because I ordered 2 full salads and 2 full soups and the bowl (not soup bowls the other bowls are shaped like the salad ones..) I received a Mediterranean bowl instead of salad and it was disgusting and mostly quinoa…also the chicken ceaser salad had literally no lettuce and was basically just an excessive amount of chicken… due to this being a recurring happenstance I don’t plan on going back…the autumn squash soup was the only thing that was good:($33.88!!
I recently eat here for the first time and was very impressed with the food. My family goes here pretty often now.
