If I could choose ZERO stars I would. Ordered food a couple days ago. We ordered online and they took 40 minutes longer than what we were told to pick up food so my son had to end up sitting in the lobby area for over 25 minutes. When he finally went up their and asked about our order for the third time our food had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. The employees knew he was waiting and did not bother bringing it out to him. Who cares about customer service right??? Once we got the food home and opened the bag not only was our food extremely cold and slopped together but we had several items missing from our order at least $15 worth. The majority of the order was thrown away by us because it tasted horrible. I ordered a kids meal with the noodles and my 2 year old grandson basically was given a box full of cabbage. The fruit that was supposed to go with a kids meal was a crushed up bag of dried apples?!?! I had to make him something else entirely because he refused to eat it which I don’t blame him. I tried calling several times and no one picked up the phone. My son said that while he was waiting for the food the location was not very busy. I emailed customer support and they have yet to reply! I absolutely would not eat at this location. My son said the employees were rude and didn’t seem to care much about their job. Don’t eat here unless you feel like losing time and money.
DO NOT PAY WITH CASH! Today after paying with cash I was given the inproper amount of change. After confronting the staff member, she went and spoke with her manager and came back out saying there was nothing she could do. Though the amount was small this is still theft.This is not the first bad experience I have had with this location. From rude and incompetent staff members to food being handled improperly. But I continue to go to this location due to it being the closest to me. After this I will no longer be visiting this location.If you are having cravings for orange chicken I highly recommend going to a different location.
Great food. very clean the people were very fast and friendly willing to make more food even though they were closing soon. Definitely will go back.
The mobile system failed, I waited for 20 minutes before I had to get in line and ask about my order, because no one was paying any attention to the people waiting for mobile orders. Then my order couldn't be found in the system and they had to write it finally got my food almost 45 minutes later ... Either get a better mobile system or don't do mobile orders
Love their food. Employees are friendly. Did have a slight mishap with our food and an employee. But it all worked out in the end. We will be back.
Panda express is always fairly good they had plenty of people working which is a pleasant surprise any more so it was in and out food all fresh I was happy with it
Very nice set up. My wife and I really enjoyed our food and the place is very pleasant. The staff is awesome.
Don't dare go in here after 8:00pm...they won't have anything available. They always try to cut corners and get done early by not cooking food. There main dish that everyone gets is Orange Chicken and they are always out. If you know that this is a main dish keep cooking it constantly. Terrible service.
Very busy when we visited, service was quick. Plenty of seats available. Typical oriental foods. Able to pick your order.
Although is understandable that portions of the food are setup by company rules, Panda is consistently serving less and less of the meat portions and they keep on increasing the prices. The food taste is the same as always, the price is higher, and the food amount lower.
