Standard panda, so if that's what you're going for it's 5 star. Decent food, friendly service.Lack of vegetarian options is getting ridiculous at this point.
30 minutes waiting for my order and finally gave up and changed my order to get my food. Server requested mushroom chicken twice and cooks were ignoring her. Staff was overwhelmed.
It's so so!! Food in a pinch was ok. Nothing special or well prepared. Typical fast food Chinese but worse. Very greasy and bitter. If I didn't have a beer with it it would have been worse.
Decent panda. Most of the time when I come here they are out of something, mostly broccoli and beef. Besides that though it a pretty average Panda Express.
I ordered sweet fire chicken from this location through Door Dash and it was so dry that I was not able to eat it as you can see in the photo. Think twice before ordering from them if you use door dash or Uber eats
This particular story is busy so even if you see a pretty big line don't worry they will get you right through. And the higher volume there means the food is fairly fresh because they're making it quite often.
Placed an online order for takeout, place was very packed when I arrived at around 7:30pm. Pickup has it's own little part of the service counter, and pickup service was fast and friendly. Food was hot and ready at the chosen pickup time. Overall very good, I'll be returning.
Great location (apart from parking), but quality and service has become more inconsistent lately (no doubt in part due to the pandemic).Really negative experience on my latest visit: homeless guy in the dining area with filthy bags shouting to someone on his phone, while another (homeless?) couple was shouting expletives next to a family with a small child (they were clearly uncomfortable).Manager on duty seemed very confused about my coupon from customer service and ended up charging me wrong. Lots of opportunities for improvement. I hate to see this turn into a big city divey fast food joint in beautiful Boise.
This location was our favorite. Until now. The hours state open until 9:30. Came in at 8:15 p.m. and thought they were closing. Very little selection, and when I asked if they were closing since cleanup was going on and stoves off, they said “welll kinda” and laughed. The previous time it was definitely closer to 9 p.m. so we understood the lack of choices. But it was easy to see they were, and had been in closing mode for a while. This is no longer a place we will go. I guess the owners already make enough money, so customer service is irrelevant.
great besides the yelling homeless man inside the store. The employees handled him with beauty and grace.
